We purchased x2 large cherry trees that looked like they were perfect when packaged but went through incredible abuse during shipping. Box was left nearly fully ripped opened in middle of driveway with many limbs broken or completely severed. FastGrowing Trees responding immediately and replaced which came in better condition. We took pics for the company to go back at FedEx. Felt bad a company trying to work hard at providing an exceptional product is going to be negatively impacted by someone that should be offering the same degree of service to them. I hope they can fix this to protect their bottom line and offering.
