The charger was delivered faster then expected with the included free shipping, you have to charge the Mophie overnight but the device provides a solid 2-3 charges for my iPhone 6s Plus and 1-2 for my IPad Mini. Very happy with my purchase. I will prob purchase a few more for longer travel! A+++++
Didnt come with original packaging but for the major discounted refurbished price I couldnt complain at all. Everything worked flawlessly and came with all original accessories. I will be ordering from them again. Thanks a lot for the fast delivery and honest business. Super happy with my purchase.

Find the items you need at great prices it is also possible to not get what you ordered by an error and then you do get your money back so things may not work out as you wanted, but you do get what you need it just may not be with TechRabbit, all things work out the way it was intended
Very VERY disappointed with this experience. I ordered a product and received an open item that had been previously owned (still has data stored in it that I can't erase). It's paint is chipped and didn't come with a user's manual. "Good, used" condition AT BEST and most certainly not new. I won't ever order from TechRabbit again
Techrabbit is a shady company at best. They regularly use bait and switch strategies.
Research other complaints. I ordered a $100 set of bluetooth headphones as a holiday gift only to receive a $2 iPhone case. I was never notified of any backorder or out of stock situation. I informed Techrabbit after opening the package via their email system.
This was an item I had promised to my daughter. Techrabbit informed me they could not fulfill the order. I was required to spend my time to return the iPhone case before I was finally reimbursed a month later. I never received the item I originally ordered, paid for and wanted.
I repeat, they regularly use bait and switch tactics. With current inventory tracking systems, it is obvious that Techrabbit is aware of their nefarious practice.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I will never order from one of your vendors again. My one and only online order was delivered and it worked for less than 2 weeks. When I contacted the vendor and Walmart Help no one ever responded after multiple emails.

We ordered a folding cover for our older iPad 2. It came in just a couple of days (from NJ to WI!). A perfect fit, and half the price of the one we bought five years ago.

I purchased an LG HBS 760 Bluetooth Headset to replace my 770 which had been stolen from a hotel room. TechRabbit's website was easy to use and I received the new headset in half the estimated time. I have had no problem with the item and am unable to review their customer service from a "problem" standpoint.
Am very pleased with the service, speed of delivery, and cost of the product.
