Only had the oppo reno 2z for a few days, but feels and looks good quality, easy to transfer data and set up... brilliant screen for watching movies/football/youtube etc, pretty easy to navigate... like I said it's early days and time will tell, but so far I'm pleased.
I ordered an Apple Watch series 6 as a gift. It was about £70 cheaper than elsewhere. Unfortunately I discovered the recipient wanted something else after I placed the order. As it had only been a day or two and the watch hadn't yet shipped I asked if I could cancel the order for a refund. Customer Services responded very quickly and said they would cancel. I received a full refund within a couple of days. I can't vouch for the product quality or delivery but customer service was very good.
Ordered a galaxy note 8 from than last month. The item was clearly refurbished and missing the s pen. The phone number doesn't work and when they bother to answer to emails they ignor the issues. They offered me a pitiful refund that didn't come close to the cost of the replacement pen and then rather insultingly made an even lower offer! They have said they will send a new pen but weeks later I have still had nothing and they have ignored all of my recent emails.

The prices are good, I never regret purchasing from them, the delivery time is a bit long but the waiting is worthy.
Do not buy anything from this company. I bought a Samsung Z3 phone from them, and they've admitted there's a fault with the phone, but refused a refund or replacement. Samsung won't fix the phone as it is not UK spec, it was made in Taiwan. There's no customer service and they won't answer my emails. Would never buy from this company again.

Terrible. Ordered a OnePlus Nord from them. Given a Royal Mail tracking number but Royal Mail never delivered the package and, when I went to the sorting office, they couldn't find the package. Reading some other reviews, seems like this is a common problem and my suspicion is that they manage to somehow generate a false tracking number but never send the goods.
Customer service is really terrible - they respond once a day and they respond really unhelpfully, so it's like talking to a brick wall. Another sign of a scam company.
I finally got PayPal to refund the money on their buyers protection but not worth the hassle. Avoid companies like these..
Nine days after my initial review and still nothing received. Royal Mail tracking code still not recognised and is clearly false. I will obtain re payment by credit card chargeback. I wouldn't touch this so called company with a barge pole. Stay well clear.
Ordered Sony headphones 16 days ago. Following day supplied with Royal Mail tracking code which appears to be false as Royal Mail still do not recognise it. Payment made through Pay Pal two days after order. After several days of chasing was informed that Royal Mail having difficulty in identifying my address. Several others have been given this excuse. Have been asked to confirm my address where I have lived for 40years and there has never been an issue with Royal Mail as to delivery. In fairness emails have been promptly replied to but my request for refund has been ignored. It looks like I am never going to receive my order or a refund. I wouldn't dare to order anything else from this so called company.

I keep asking for a refund or replacement. Instead their "support" emails me once a day with a suggestion to change in the settings which I had already tried eg clear cache or hard reset the phone (email ping pong for 3 days now and counting). My personal favourite was the following response from them:
"we have done some research, we found that its [sic] OK Google causing the problem" (I never activated OK Google and the Google Audio and Voice settings are set to OFF (Paused)).
My first purchase from them and what a nightmare. Luckily we have a thing called the Consumer Rights Act so they will eventually have to solve the issue but "thanks" for making the process so lengthy and difficult! I will stick to Amazon from now on.

Ordered phone on Sunday got it on Thursday. Well packed and sealed. This is the 6th phone I have bought and I have never had a problem with any the phones or delivery. All phones brand new and sealed. So I can only talk about my experience and would recommend them. I had a problem getting access to a network with a xiaomi phone and contacted techinthebasket, they replied with instructions on how to solve the problem and after a week they contacted me to see if it was resolved. Have used them for a few years with no problems

I once ordered from this website, the parcel came to be in about a month, it did not bother me but surely it is slow.
Last week I try to purchase again, but this time I received the parcel in only about 3 days!
And the product is perfect!
I only read the terrible reviews after placing the order. Having been scammed once by Chinese outfit I was then quite anxious.
I received order confirmation and tracking number indicating up to 10 days delivery. I also emailed seeking reassurance and received prompt reply saying as consequence of Covid, delivery may be longer.
I was able track package which arrived after about 12 days. The Ipad is as expected and, at £40 saving, I'm still delighted.
I ordered a Macbook in early October. It never arrived but they claimed it was posted by DPD. The photo they supplied was clearly not our house so they have delivered it to the wrong place. They said they would 'investigate this'. However it's now 7 weeks later. They still have my money and have done nothing and don't even respond to emails. I'm sure they are OK if everything goes right but do not trust them to take any responsibility if they deliver it to the wrong place. I will never use them again and I still have nether my money nor the computer. I am thinking of calling the police.
I did not receive my order. I have sent several e-mails to the vendor but I have not received any answer over months. Only recently, they answered and wanted additional payments to send my order to me. I demanded a refund, however, the vendor has not answered anymore. I am now waiting for my money over 6 months now and have not seen a single Euro from them.

The delivery time is not fast, and for some reason, the tracking numbers become valid really late, but it is always a good experience to purchase from this website.

I spent over £1000 on a lens from this company. 10 month later it developed a fault. I filled in their warranty form and they bounced it back asking for an order number. WHAT ORDER NO? They now say they are not E bay and I should contact my customer service! Any excuses, one after the other, now not replying to any emails.
I sent the lens to Panasonic under the UK and European warranty and they refuse it because the company is not a recognised seller.
I feel that they have simply stolen over £1000 from me. I don't know what comes next but I will pursue them through the law if necessary as they are a UK registered company, Digital Lab Services Ltd. registered in Salford.

Seeing that so many customers complained about the delivery time, I didn't expect them to be on time, but somehow the parcel came in just 2 days, I'm really satisfied with the service, the price and the quality.
Answer: The same happened to me. I think they ship in from China and until they receive it in the UK, the tracking is on hold. I suggest you give it a little time (they do say 6-8 working days on their website)
