Website states you can ask for a refund within 7 days of arriving. I asked for a refund as the dress is nothing like the picture (see below). When I asked, they said they deduct the cost of the labour and fabric.

SCAMMERS.

What lovely designs, I thought! Was so excited to think I'd actually found a 'cheaper'(affordable)clothing line, exactly my styles.The leggings were ok, could've got same at market for £5 tho! "Jeans"! With lace were horrendous! NOT jeans but thin cotton type trousers jean/denim coloured! Stitching undone on waistband, NO button hole at front! Looked like a child had practised on sewing machine as all crooked stitching down legs, lace hanging off! I was so disapointed, as id told all my friends about this GREAT site! First they tell me I can keep them for a 'part refund?'! Then. I have to pay shipping to return them and they 'may' offer me exchange but what if I didn't want to risk any more items? I had a couple of items marked to buy next but dont know what to do now, its from different places so is it all tat? I see many others had good results with this company, I'd like to say the same but i want my money back and I will do all I can to get it! I hope they will be reasonable and sort it out! If they restore my faith I will let you know the outcome! Fingers crossed!

Just received my order from tb dress very very very disappointed is an understatement the dresses are of inferior quality the finishing is sooo poor they dont look anything like their pictures on the site wishing I had read the reviews before buying had to pay vat and charges for such inferior dresses wasted money I need to send them back but not getting any helpful information on how to do this sooo disappointed

Fast forward a few days after my review they offered a £10 refund via paypal when I declined to accept I was told I would get a full refund if I remove my review only for them to decline to refund on paypal they now offering £36 ot of the 82 plus charges I paid of course I declined and escalated the complaint with pay pal they are cheats that are out to make money at other people's expense and disappointment if you haven't bought anything stay a away from this site keep your money and avoid disappointment and hassle for sub standard clothes so infuriating

Read the fine print. Make sure you read the fine print. I ordered two items with plenty of time before the event I needed to wear one of them to. As i kept checking I realized that neither would arrive in time so I cancelled the orders. That's when the return policy kicked me in the face. You never get your money back! You keep getting offers for discounts instead of a refund and then when you tell them no it's dead crickets from there - no communication response.

I told them to cancel both items and viola 2 weeks later I received one of the dresses at my door. I told them that I had given them the instruction to cancel the order on 9/20 and they shipped it on 9/27. And of course, now that I had it they were going even lower on refunding anything. The refund offer went from $74 to $30 because I had the item in my hand.

Read the fine print cause this company has such a convoluted return policy you will never be able to get your money back. I've given up and chalked this up to a lesson learned.

My sister's wedding was last October. My younger sister and I, both bridesmaids, decided that we would go through TBDress for our dresses since they seemed really pretty and the reviews were good (which are all fake, we realize now). It is impossible to publish a bad review, since they don't publish any negative comments. My sister ordered a strapless number in pale yellow (we were supposed to get the same color) and it turned out to be peach when they sent it. Not only was it two sizes too big for her, it had BLOOD on it. And not just a little drop here and there. There was a trail of blood on it from where the worker had pricked her finger and kept going. Didn't stop. Thats definitely sanitary. It was also ripped, fraying and just far too big. They wouldn't let us return it. No refund. My sister ended up going to a bridal store to get another dress entirely.
My dress, which I ordered two sizes bigger as recommended, came a size small. I didn't gain that much weight, I assure you. I freaked out everyday until the wedding, unsure of whether the zipper was going to close. Luckily it did, but the dress came off as soon as the pictures were done due to suffocation. I ended up attending the reception in jeans. They also made the top, which looked delicate on the site, into a bulletproof vest.
If anything good came out of ordering from TBDress, its that my mind was at ease during the ceremony that if a sniper dare shoot in my direction, the top of my dress would deflect all incoming bullets. Buyer beware. TBDress is not a good idea. Ever. Cheap, unsanitary, poorly made. My dad could've done better.

Uh Oh. I just ordered my Halloween costume, and am worried about whether I will get it in time, AND whether it will be too small (there was only "one size"). After seeing some of the reviews others have posted, I am skeptical about my chances of receiving the item I ordered and being able to wear it on October 31. It is only for one day, as it is a costume, so "quality" is not as big an issue as SIZE and FIT and TIMELY DELIVERY. It was bad enough that they tried to trick me into $18 for upgraded shipping, which could not be removed from the order. Instead, I had to empty my "cart" and start over. I have looked through a few sites before deciding to purchase my wedding dress from TBdress because of its wide range of selection, credible photos (not too photoshopped), clear information on the website and most importantly, very responsive customer service agents. I got in contact via the in-site chat system and had very fast service during the office hours.

The customer service representative not only answered all my questions demonstrating her knowledge and satisfaction, she also incentivised me further to make a purchase. I ended up purchasing a wedding dress, a bridesmaid's dress as a sample, a pair of shoes and a veil. Shipping came within 13 days from payment for 3 of 4 items and one more item arriving within the week. The wedding dress was of a quality that was better than expected - almost perfect finishing and the material looked great - didn't look cheap at all for the price that I paid. The wedding dress I bought had custom measurements - unfortunately, I would need to tailor it further as it the shoulder area and the waist were too loose - however, looking at the dress, it seems very likely that it could be done by a local tailor.

Highly recommended site and I'm looking to make further purchases as my wedding comes together.
