The jacket from tbdress is seriously lightweight and thin that you wouldn't think it was capable of being warm - but it is! I live in Chicago and this jacket was my go-to during our Polar Vortex storm this year - I braved -44 F windchills in this baby and was warm the whole time! I recommend this jacket to everyone I see - half of the time people don't believe that it is as warm as I say because of how seriously lightweight it is until they try it on! Way to go, this jacket is seriously amazing.

I have ordered 2 dress from TB dress.com and this was a wonderful experience for me as when ever I buy dress from outside I have to spend atleast US$ 25 to 35 for a moderate fashionable dress for me and my daughter. I also have to visit more than 3 shops to get a dress which I like. But to my surprise, at the first click itself I got a very nice and fashionable dress with very very minimum price which is suitable for everyones purse. Immediately after the order, I have checked my order and the 1st day it was despatched.

I also placed an order and never received an email conformation? I checked my order on the website and it said it was shipped, I never received ANYTHING! And get not get thru to company via telephone due to international phone #

Ok so I was very apprehensive and scared that this wouldn't be a good experience considering some mixed reviews... BUT, I'm happy to say that I received my dress today and it was absolutely beautiful and well made. The shipping details they give you are accurate and I did receive my dress based on that timeline. The Quality and the Price was absolutely PERFECT with 3 weeks to spare until my daughter's wedding. I will definitely shop TBDRESS.com again and again...(sizes run alittle small so make sure to buy a size larger than your normal, maybe even two to be safe - better too big than too small)

I was about to order my wedding dress from them but had decided to do more research just to find out this website is the WORST ever. I had personally only experienced the customer service which happened to be absolutely HORRIBLE. They often replied back stating they were too busy to chat and made me wait long periods before responding and even failed to respond so just with that experience alone I would not recommend ordering from them.

I placed an order from tbdress. The first order I received was perfect the second order was not so perfect. I ordered a pair of shoes and I have never received them. I received the other items got here with no problem. I have contacted tbdress several times. I was told that it was on the way. I don't think so. It is almost 2 months. Why did it not arrive with the order? I have no problems with the things I ordered from them. Their clothes are beautiful and I do plan to reorder again and again. Iam very disappointed about the shoes. I can't afford to lose my money. I really want those shoes. Ireally would like them to go half on the shoes so I can order another pair.

I've posted about this site before and am here to reiterate how bad of a site it is. If you read the reviews on their site carefully, you'll notice that EVERY SINGLE ITEM is rated 5 stars. How? When does the ever happen? Never. How could sitejabber have so many negative things to say about them and yet their site it only full of positive reviews? I've said it once and I'll say it again - STAY AWAY. THEY ARE A SCAM. Their clothes are poorly and cheaply made, they have no customer service (NONE), and you will be highly dissatisfied with your purchase. STAY AWAY,

This is the most terrible online shopping experience I had in my entire life! They put bunch of bull$#*!s that they easily accept the return so you can go ahead and buy their product and when you want to return they want you to contact them first so they can give you an address to return. They will not provide you any address and they simply do not accept your return for different reasons. However in their website they stated you can return the item within 7 days regardless!

Their customer service sucks. Their communication through email is horrible! DO NOT BUY anything from this website!

ALSO, I just open this website to start a review and the attachment came on! They PAY people to put positive review for them. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! SHAME on You TBDRESS. Close that $#*!ty business and go home!

I was afraid to order, because I have always heard that Asian sizes are smaller than American sizes. However, the clothes from TBdtess are true to size. However, if you are a size 6, then I suggest that you order a medium in the coats. Also, another thing to consider are sizes of the sweatshirts. The sweatshirts run small. I ordered some sweatshirts, but I gave them to my daughter, because I couldn't get it over my head. On the positive side, my daughter loved the sweatshirts, and told me that they were comfy. Also, the orders arrived on time.

I placed an order with TB Dress from the United Kingdom Thursday 9th October. The jacket wasn't my size but I decided to try it just in case. I then found my correct size on another site and tried to cancel my order within 12 hours but this company are very clever because first of all I tried the online live chat to cancel but there was no response so I then sent an email and I didn't get a response for another 12 hours which meant I would lose half my money as I'd gone over the time allowed for a refund. The customer service person who answered my email would not answer my complaint which was; had someone responded in time I would have been entitled to a full refund - she kept evading the subject so I now have no choice but to accept the order and I am very angry about it. This is not providing a good customer service at all

DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! IT'S A SCAM! I ordered a dress for a special event. I had liked it so much i took the pictures they had on to my computer. When the dress came 2 Months later, it wasn't the dress i ordered but some cheap fabric and poor sewing skills! I had emailed the company and they wouldn't respond until the next day. I had emailed back and forth for about 10 days! At first they didn't want to admit that it was the wrong dress. So i had to show them side by side of how they are different. Then they accepted it was different but "still beautiful" but they said that it would cost $40 to return it! Which was much more than what the dress cost. Now i have an ugly dress just sitting in my closet.

I ordered my dress on 2/12/14 and production time said 13-17days and I paid for the expedited shipping. Well its 3/14/14 and my dress has yet to be shipped out. Everyday i email they say its still in production or inspection. I have canceled my event once bc my dress wasnt ready and now my event is 3 days away again and i still have no dress. This is very disappointing. Over 30 days with no dress, no tracking #, NOTHING!... ORDER NUMBER *******

I saw an TBdress ad on facebook and decided to check it out. I'm so glad I did. They have so many vintage style dress and IT'S SO AFFORDABLE! I just received my order today (which was quicker than I expected) and when I tried the dress on, I instantly fell in love with it. I'm going to order the same dress in the other color as soon as I can. I'm so happy I finally found a sight just for me.

I thought the Hoodie would fit my 15yr old daughter. So I ordered. She was so excited when she opened the hoodie. It was a gift... one she wears a lot. She says it is soft inside and it is pretty great material. It isn't thin it's durable. I have washed it a lot since she got it for Christmas and here it is May and there is not one sign of wear & tear. There is no signs of fading or lettering coming off. She loves it and I definitely got my money's worth!
