I recently order 7 dresses and one coat from this site. I received 7 items, I did not receive one of my dress the price was $41.17 US. I emailed the company and received no response. I started an issueand when I checked my order listing on my account the dress was removed but the cost remained. I am still waiting for a response. I did not get a refund or my dress as of this date January 17,2016. I calledmy credit card company and PayPal I was informed that if I do not get a resolution by Tuesday January 18,20 16 they start an investigation. This is very sad as I do love the dresses and coat that did arrive. This has spoil my shopping experience with tbdress.

I got nothing but compliments the 1st time I wore the dress out and then I bought a pair of brown tall boots and even though it was 89 degrees outside, women everywhere I went asked where I got them and it was right then I thought it would be a great idea to tell friends and family about TBdress and then after people started joining and buying, telling me how much they loved clothes for their friends and teens and kids and even the husbands and boyfriends loved the clothes so that's when I decided to do what I love... Clothes and rating my experiences with TBdress and hearing what each new customer has to say about how your family, church, work, college, school(High School, Middle and Elementary, Kindergarten, Pre-K and toddlers)
I ordered two dresses from this place before I read any reviews. After I read the reviews I was horrified. I contacted TB dress through email of which they responded immediately. I received my dresses in a timely fashion both look beautiful and fit great.
I have purchased tops and dresses from this website and have never had an issue with anything I have purchased. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get but it is coming from overseas so that is to be expected. I will continue to order from them and save a ton of money!
