TBdress over the years now is becoming a popular company where you can buy your dresses. What I like about them is their service delivery. I have a firsthand experience with the store and I was impressed. This is not just one of those stories you hear from a friend and you post a review on the internet. From this store, I managed to get a beautiful dress which for a long time the designers I contacted never got it right but TBdress understood what I really wanted.

1. I loved the outfit that I choose for my kid. It was her birthday and I wanted my daughter to look most beautiful. One of my friends told me to check out kids' collection on tbdress.com. When I stopped over this web site I was absolutely amazed to view such pretty assortment of clothes for kids. I bought a lace dress which made my daughter look beautiful than ever. I also ended up buying a dress for myself for the party. I am giving five stars to this web site as they have exclusive stock and they ship the identical product which is exhibited on the site.

Stay away from them! I ordered a dress in dark brown for a wedding. They sent me a dark red dress. They refused to communicate with me for almost 2 weeks. When I finally got a response (I started demanding my pnoey back through PayPal) all they said that the color deviated on the screen and they won't take it back. There is a difference between red and brown, has nothing to do with the computer screen! They have the worst customer service ever, they scam you out of your money. My friend ordered the same dress for the wedding and the same thing happened to her. Try calling them. The phone number on their website doesn't even work! Neither does their live chat! If I could, I'd give them 0 stars.

Like everyone else, I was very impressed at the beginning with the variety and prices of the dresses. I even had my wedding and bridesmaid dresses selected. But before placing an order, I wanted to see a real life picture of an specific color on an specific material. So I requested that exactly and this is the answer I received:

A little busy? How can anyone dare to say that to a customer! After this is when I decided to look for reviews and I'm glad i found this web site and I want to thank everybody for sharing your negative experiences, because it definitely helped me make a wise decision not to do business with them.

I was always nervous to shop from any online shopping store. Then my colleagues told me to browse through tbdress.com and asked me to check out the variety of dresses. When I checked the dresses available in different categories I was completely stunned. First I was feeling hesitated to shop from this web site. But after going through payment policies and other terms I felt secured. I must tell everyone reading this review that this site has got mind blowing dresses and that too in different ranges. Only with single click I bought the dress and whenever I wear this dress I received lot of greetings.

Let's just say you always get what you need. I have had several bad experiences when it comes to shopping online but nothing ever went wrong when I switched to TBdress. I have spent most of my time referring my friends to the online store to enjoy what I also enjoyed. Just a quick reminder, the site really offers you an easy way to make your payments and can also offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with the job done by them.

I was always scared to shop from any online website. Then one of my friends suggested visiting tbdress.com and checking out the new collection of dresses. When I checked the assortment of dresses I was really taken back. As it was my first experience, I was little hesitant to buy anything from tbdress.com. But I found the operation the site quite easy I was been guided exactly to the dress I wished to buy. This site has got dresses for different instances in various tints, ranges and patterns which attracted me to surf more of this site. I have become a big fan of tbdress.com. Kudos from me..

This is the worst site you could use to buy anything!
I ordered some clothes and paid for the express delivery (very expensive and mentioned to be within 5 days maximum), they kept sending me emails that it is in the process then took them like a week to finally say that my items were sent! And it took some more 8 days to reach me! Then it was the surprise: it was Trash! Nothing looked like in the pictures! And very bad quality,, and I received some strange something instead of a blouse I ordered!
It was literally Trash. Very bad quality and very low quality imitation to the original shown in pictures... they are a bunch of thieves!
I sent them requesting redress. Of course their reply was STUPID and careless!
Furthermore, there were two missing items and listen what was the fantastic reply: ( no they are not missing but we will ship them separately)! WHY?!? Because they are a bunch of thieves!... ok... and I was waiting for the two items to arrive to get my failure part 2! It took tooo long,, when I asked them look at their extraordinary reply: ( we shipped them in ordinary mail... we already spent a lot of money for the first delivery! WHY?! I paid for express delivery! Because they are a bunch of thieves!...
This is the worst site ever and I wish nobody will get fooled and buy from it. Never ever!
I lost a lot of money and time... and now I have at home some rubbish they call clothes to remind me how stupid I was to deal wit them!

Hello! I'm not American so excuse me if my English is not so good. But I really want to share my BAD experience so that you guys be aware & save your money & nerves! It's a long story, but in few words, I ordered a dress for my wedding... As I didn't have much time I was afraid if they could manage to deliver it in time, so I've sent them a message explaining my situation, as they say they read all the messages carefully! They started processing the order, which should normally mean that they considered my conditions. No need to say that the order was prepaid and I chose the option of fast delivery... In the long run the things were sent 5 days after they were ready (acc to the order details on the site) and instead of 2-5 days of delivery mentioned there, it would take up to 8 days (like a standard shipping)... At last the dress would come after my wedding day... so I refused and asked the tnt to send the things back. I should mention that all the time I tried to contact their customer service to learn any news, but with no answer... When I asked about any refund I was getting the same silly messages like "thank you for your concern and have a nice day"... and no answer to my questions. When I got really angry and sent them the appropriate message, I received this brilliant response:..."Thank you for your concern of your order and a nice day to you.
Sorry for the delay, because we have so many dresses waiting to make. I really hope you can understand this. Sorry we can not give you the full refund if you refuse to accept the dress. After all, we have made the dress for you. Please kindly understand us." THAT'S IT! After all they have made a dress for me! No matter that I I was left with no wedding dress and no money to get back!

I like TBDress because they have lots of nice designs, but I was apprehensive about buying from them due to the many negative reviews. I tried them out because they were very affordable, and I was glad I did because the product that they gave me was very good. There were very little quality issues that I could have fixed myself, and all in all it was a bargain as I was able to get the item for a very low price.

I did not get to communicate within anyone from their company directly, but based on what is being said in most reviews, I think that TBDress would benefit a lot from having a native speaker around that will teach the other agents on how to respond properly. Sometimes a lot of things are being lost in translation, so hopefully that move will help TBDress improve as a company in the long run.

Also, they should have better quality control because it would definitely hurt them if they deliver sub par items to clients, especially if they post these images online. For myself, I was able to fix my own dress, but not everyone can do that, so they vent their anger online. I hope that TBDress can improve on these points so that they will have more happy and satisfied customers like myself.

I am planning to buy a Party dress and I search on various websites to check out their collection. As internet is full of online shopping website it's hard to choose one.

I find tbdress has good collection than anyother website. Prices are also lower. That made me order a dress. I had good complete shopping experience from tbdress from ordering to receiving it.

Their customer care is also supportive and helped me to track my order and also gave all the correct shipping timing related information.

I will recommend tbdress.com to all the shoppers!
