I have continued to love our experience working with Tbdress. My first experience with the site was beyond amazing and they made the dress of my dreams. This time making the wedding band was nice but not up to par as the first time. It seemed our designer was always a little slow in getting back to us and always said that the office was busy. So glad we decided to make the band many months ahead of time! Overall, wonderful company and loved the finish result.

Everyone I spoke to here was so friendly and helpful, from the people that greeted me upon opening the live chat to my lovely designer who was very patient with me as I worked through what I wanted, and was great at interpreting my thoughts into a beautiful design. They were able to do everything I asked, and I got a perfect dress as a result of their ability to follow instructions. A big thanks to everyone involved in the process.

Blew the expectations away for a picky customer! I came to the design crew with pictures of a design I liked and a tall order of things I wanted to cram onto the embroidery wedding dress. They were able to narrow down what I really wanted in all that jumble. The end result is far more beautiful than the original displayed in the picture and the one conceived in my vision. The dress and its accessories are gorgeous! Start to finish, the staff was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, and had perfect customer service - not to mention unbelievable skill.

The site worked with me fro the first hello mail to the last mail I informed them about the product being delivered and that I was satisfied. Not to sound cheesy but if you don't notice a huge difference in the first 10 minutes of interaction with the store's employees here to ANY other online store; you're simply not paying attention. I was relieved to enter a place that doesn't have to employ car salesman tactics and instead understands they are simply a class above the rest by their focus on the customers' needs and the desire for the customer to have a comfortable experience. Some other online stores practically attack you when you walk in just to "look" and badger you with 3 to 4 sales people constantly walking by trying to chirp in the conversation or to let you know about their guarantees! Don't put yourself through that. Here's the only guarantee you'll need... Go to this site and you will have the best experience you could imagine and trust me when I say it will be much more than a transaction.

This was the second time I used the site to design and fabricate a homecoming dress, and both times resulted in a beautifully designed, custom pieces that for their prices I don't think can be found anywhere else. This review is for designing homecoming dress. I had not made a review for the first dress which was a party dress. Overall, it was a great experience, with some little expected frictions for not working with someone face to face. This just made the process a bit longer. The dress turned out beautiful, and was delivered to my door with no problems. Overally, I highly recommend this site and would definitely work with them again in future. The website was particularly well developed for sharing ideas and images in the design process.

For me it was a a very smooth experience that resulted in one of a kind bag. It was easy, fun, and actually affordable. The site was exceptionally accommodating. And everyone working there, whether met in a life skype chat or email was genuine and interesting real person (I usually hate auto generated emails), all about making excellent bags to my specifications and desires. I'm actually not sure why people would go any other way.

It was an enjoyable, a creative process and a rewarding experience where they really understood what I wanted. I designed a mother of the bride dress that I ended up using to my daughters wedding. I ended up spending more than I had initially planned because of some accessories I saw it necessary to add but the whole designing process was both fun and enjoyable and I was kept in the loop the whole time. For what I was asking for and the changes I kept making the design and building process went fairly quickly.

I totally had an amazing time at Prom! My dress made me feel like the Princess that I am! I ordered it February 13,2015 I did not receive it until March 16th! I was suppose to have it in two weeks but because of the Chinese year they had to delay it! I talked to TBdress representatives on email or live chat every other week they were very friendly and patient and kept me up to date until it got to my door! I did not get my dress customized! I followed the size chart and it ended up being to big! I had to get it taking in and also cut since I am 5'4 without heels! I also added straps to the dress and I got a petticoat to give it that fluff that it needed! I was so scared because of the bad reviews I read online but I was pretty lucky not to have any issues! Now I did have a stain on my dress when it arrived but it came right out! I also ordered it in champagne but it came out to be a ivory color! You guys also didn't put when it was shipped and etc it still said it was being processed but Linda gave me the tracking number! It came in a bag which I was sad I wanted it in a box! Other then that it was a beautiful dress and I will be ordering from Tbdress again! Thank you so much! My advice for someone ordering be patient and following the size chart and you will be fine! The quality of my dress is bomb to! The top is what I fell in love with the most! I couldn't find a dress like the top any where! (pictures are at the bottom)

"You'll know it when you find it". That's the feeling that drove me for 2 years while searching for a bridal set. We had married, but elected to wait on rings until we found the perfect ones for us. Nothing in any jewelry stores or online sites came remotely close to what I "knew" I wanted -- but was unable to fully articulate. Then, I stumbled upon this site. A thunderbolt struck when I saw a photo of a set that became the inspiration for our custom rings. We utilized tbdress site that day to ask several questions and were blown away by the rapid response.

Even though we were certain that our long search was over we elected to ponder the design for an additional 6 months as this was such a big decision. Tbdress informative website and hundreds of online reviews website were both helpful and reassuring that we were on the right route. We made the order and have the rhinestone rings delivered... we are happy.
