This company is a fraud and all of the "5" star reviewers are fake. None of their pictures are of people! If you look closely, you'll notice they love using flower and animal picts. They even use the same exact picture for multiple "reviews"!
I received my beautiful black dress in a decent amount of days. The material was excellent and it fit great. I felt very pretty although I was painted to look dead.

Ok my dress did not look the way I wanted but they were very fast at emailing me to try and fix the problem and since shipping is so much they asked me to keep the dress and they are refunding part of my money so with that being said it has taken a lot of stress off and I may be trying this site out again

I went to tbdress.com have a look for a bridesmaid dress for my brothers wedding and instantly found it. The service was amazing so helpful, kind, caring, honest and nothing is too much trouble. The customer service girl who served me lovely. I will go out of my way to ensure my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses are bought from them for my wedding Oct 2014. Reasonably priced dresses, beautiful quality what more can I say but perfect and amazing.
If I could give this company and its products minus stars I would. One product, the jeggins was shiny and very very very cheap looking. The pockets and seams that you see on the posted on the website ARE NOT REAL. They are literally painted on. Horrible. This company should be ashamed of itself. And it took almost 3 months to get my complete order. Which consisted of 6 items. Actually the last 3 are scheduled to be delivered today.
My cousin's daughter is a flower girl to a friend's wedding and so we all wanted her to have an amazing experience as it is her first time. Since we have heard a lot of good things from friends and co workers regarding this site, we decided to try it too. Oh, there are so many adorable dresses to choose from that we can hardly decide. Finally, we opted for the Pretty Ball Gown Halter Floor-length Tiered Flower Girl Dress in pink to coordinate with the wedding theme.
When we got it and had her try it, everyone was impressed with the way the it fit her. She looks like a princess and almost floating in that awesome dress. She particularly liked the beads on the bodice and the way movement is so easy because of the design. I'm eagerly waiting for my daughter's wedding so I can order from them again.
Website was easy to follow. The whole process was hassle free and goods were delivered within twenty one days. Was kept fully up to date with the status of my order.
Have no complaints and will use this site again. I was also very pleased with the prices, the speed of delivery and the very user friendly website. But they could do with a new name -tbdress sounds funny!
Ordered a dress for my friend's debutante. We did custom order. Was a little nervous it might not be tailored correctly and we'd end up with a dress that was too small or short, Measurement instructions were easy to follow, we placed the order and the dress was delivered within the time frame specified. The dress fit nicely but was a little long because we added extra. Even with with 2 1/2 in. Heels it's too long so we have to get it hemmed. Otherwise, happy with our purchase.
They actually packaged and shipped my items same day but the took 5 days to Chicago. Great that it fits well by the way I have it on right now... This is just to say thank you so much for the compliments I have got it is because of your outstanding service that my dressing style is being admired
I ordered two separate orders from tbdress dress i received one in a timely fashion the other one took a min cause one of the items i ordered was out of stock and they had to refund my money but i never had a problem with tbdress. As i read over the reviews i see some complaints about quality now you have to understand your paying $5-10 dollars for a swimsuit or dress or whatever your not gonna get better quality anywhere else i thought tbdress was the best quality for the price. I would for sure keep shopping there.
Stay away. Horrific evil deception intentionally misleading. Looking to order a gift for Holidays. Holiday highlighted all over the page. Ordered a jacket. The only salient shipping or processing information is in the shipping section 3 - 8 days for expedited. Should work. Click.
5 days later no notice of process? Check back. Oh, buried several clicks back is an additional processing time of 5 - 9 business days. 5 - 9? Just to process? You advertise Christmas specials 8 days prior to Christmas?

Had I know this was coming from China I would have never ordered to start with. It says on the website you can return. The dress I got was such a terrible fit, poorly made. I've been trying to return for three weeks, can't get anyone on the phone, don't get return emails or on messenger. Scam all around.
Well... after weeks of uncertainty. Got my dress. It is beautiful but a Lil smaller than it should be... if ordering from here. Be careful with sizing... I too was weary about ever receiving but did... maybe if I lose 10 pounds I can wear it. Lol
They were prompt and finished the dress ahead of schedule, the quality of the work was excellent. Additionally, the site has so many unique designs, it really feels like an art there, unlike other stores where everything looks the same. We were so happy with our experience!
