The billing department deceived us when we asked for assistance last month (December 2015). I am an individual paying member for Philhealth and I lost my receipt for the month of Sept-Dec. They said they verified online and told me that they got a "no" results from Philhealth. They did not provide any option at all for us but to pay the Philhealth portion. Today, I was able to talk to a Philhealth representative and was told that my payments for last quarter was posted already since it was paid last October and I should have not paid the Philhealth portion of my bill.


Worst Online Booking

I booked over a month ago and the first time they ran my card, I held the funds back because I realized I was entitled to a 20% discount and not the 15% discount I booked it on. Immediately, I received an email and I was told that if I don't provide another card, they will release my booking by Jan 28. When I asked them if I can change my booking, I was told "you are not allowed to make any changes in the booking." Initially it was fine, I even sent an email to tell them to re-run my card and they never did. Moreover, every time I check online to retrieve my online booking, it says confirmed - pay at hotel. That means my booking was never released. I never booked with another hotel. They even sent me a welcome email in reference to my stay with them 3 days prior to arrival. Well, upon arrival, I asked about my booking and they made me and my party wait for around 10 minutes. The manager arrived with the printout of their correspondence with me (of course mine was not printed out). After a few exchange of words and clarification, the manager hesitantly said, "okay, I will honor this booking for now, but I cannot guarantee I give you the same rate." Naturally, I felt so unwelcome so obviously, I declined. It's the whole principle of booking which was twice confirmed on the web and their email then to be told "oh, that email is just system generated." When I turned my back, he offered me his card and I said "What for?" Is he so dense that he does not realized what an insult that was?"

This is definitely the worst online booking and most awful customer service I have ever experienced.


I am part of a company that does mystery shopping and my payment goes to Skrill (no choice unfortunately.) In the past, I was able to get my money transferred to my bank account without much issues. For my recent payment, I have raised multiple tickets in order to resolve whatever issue they think there is (I'm getting a rejection on withdrawal no matter what I used, whether bank transfer, debit card etc). I also called their support team and followed the instructions to the letter such as registering a new email address, changing my password, sending them an email from the new email address etc. Until now, I am still unable to make a withdrawal. I've tried to send an email to the person who handled my complaint but nothing, no response at all.


I was looking for a clipper so I can cut my son's hair and not have to spend money every month. I checked different merchants and browsed the reviews to get a picture of which one will be the best.

I ordered Philips Norelco QC5570/40 Do-It-Yourself Hair Clipper Plus from amazon and I am pretty happy with it. It's a good product and one I enjoy using. It does not pull or bite so my son does not squirm during the hair cutting process.


The Billing Inquiry team of Broadview Networks is the most amazing one I have ever heard of. My client for web development initially made a contact with their billing department because of some questions that he had for a contract on the service. The nice customer service agent so graciously offered to open an inquiry for him. Within 24 hours, he got a return call and from that point on, everything went smoothly. My client is very happy and is even thinking of upgrading his services to include their OfficeSuite phone system once he gets more customers.


My cousin's daughter is a flower girl to a friend's wedding and so we all wanted her to have an amazing experience as it is her first time. Since we have heard a lot of good things from friends and co workers regarding this site, we decided to try it too. Oh, there are so many adorable dresses to choose from that we can hardly decide. Finally, we opted for the Pretty Ball Gown Halter Floor-length Tiered Flower Girl Dress in pink to coordinate with the wedding theme.

When we got it and had her try it, everyone was impressed with the way the it fit her. She looks like a princess and almost floating in that awesome dress. She particularly liked the beads on the bodice and the way movement is so easy because of the design. I'm eagerly waiting for my daughter's wedding so I can order from them again.
