TBdress

I ordered my dress on Feb 22 and was told that I would receive a tracking number shortly. It's now March 5th and have not heard from them. My order number is ******* and am worried that it won't be here in time for my wedding. Any ideas for some help?

I did not buy from tbdress. But I have been browsing the Internet for a perfect wedding gown for a while. Dresses from tb are kinda expensive. Not suit budget friendly friends. However, some formal dresses are truly cheap. Maybe I will come back and put one or two orders to see whether I will feel pity for my purchases or not. Nice day! :)

Tbdress gave us solid recommendations on the pros and cons of every design and material decision we made. They were not in need of money like some sites that will hide the cons just to convince you to but. The site was always responsive and kept good notes on past decisions.

I finally settled for the purple dress although everything on tbdress was simply adorable. I love the quality, collection and prices. The vast collection blew me out. I tend to fall for every single clothe here. I never knew it was possible to get dresses online because most sites I am familiar with have wedding apparel. But I learned it after my order was delivered.

After 1 month of placing an order for 4 items 1 eventually arrived. The picture on the site showed the blouse what long enough to be tucked in. But when it came it's actually a crop top. Like seriously! What a shame. And by the way am still waiting on the other 3 items.

I purchased a pair of shoes from TBdress back in August and while everything about shipping and such was fine the shoes itself did not fit the way I had hoped. Guess that is the risk I took when ordering a dress online. Off to get alterations now but the shoes really are wonderful

Order ******* placed May 2018. Dress measurement submitted, but wasnt made to measurements. Some dresses would not clasp across shoulders while others were sliding off shoulders and could not breathe when dress was zipped up. Color was not correct. We ordered a burgundy the dresses came in a red crimson color.
TB dress said they would only give a $50.00 for the entire order(5) dresses! We still have not received the refund.

Placed order 3 weeks ago, shipped out (supposedly) 2 weeks ago. Still have not received a thing, sent numerous emails with no response. Do not order! Buyer beware, they take your money and you get nothing.

Tbdress.com is not only good for dresses but I buy my clutches, handbags and shoes here. A full-fledged jewelry section would complete the collection and I would not have to shop anywhere else! Overall fantastic experience.

This company is from China and does not allow any returns or exchanges. I purchased two dresses from them and one was see through and the other 2 sizes too large. They refused to provide a refund stating that all dresses are non returnable even though I contacted them the day I received the dresses. $300 lost.

Thankfully, TB Dress has made it unnecessary to hop between online pages to shop for clothes and suitable accessories! I get all I need here. However, I wish I could say the same about my husband. The men’s section is kind of neglected here!

This is the third item I have ordered from TBdress. I have been so happy!
I chose the custom size option so the dress fits me perfectly.
Any and all inquiries were handled very promptly and professionally and I really appreciated that I was contacted to provide additional measurements and confirm others.
I can't offer TBdress enough praise for making me stunning and incredibly well made gowns for my events.

I didn't expect too much for £9.99. But the skirt fits, is well designed. I got a bandana to go with the outfit and it has a stiff petticoat sewn in. I am really looking forward to dressing up for my party. Thank you.

I received an item and requested return directions the very same day because it was way too big. They ignored my request until the allowed time period in their return policy expired. Now they are refusing to take the return. I have e-mail proof.
