I had ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding with out doing my due diligence and reading the reviews, trusting that my dress would be here on time for the day paying $40 $ extra for shipping and $175 for dress adding up to a total of $211.00. I started getting nervous when I noticed my shipping info kept saying it was getting ready to get shipped and they had taken payment right away as all store's due I decided to call the customer service number listed which happens to be in China, get a message recording that was basically inaudible saying from the little I could gather that they were unavailable so I decided to reach out through email. Finally they responded back with the most insane email stating that their's a shortage of fabric so basically sorry but the dress we fraudulently have listed for sale doesn't exist but we sure took the money out with out verification of said dress even being in existence. Unbelievable and completely fraudulent, oh but they did send me a link to dresses that have nothing to do w my choice and that were HIDIOUS. Stay away from TBDRESS. I DOUBT ILL EVER SEE MY MONEY.

When I received my dress it didn't fit so I tried to contact the company to return it. This is what was sent back to me.

We are really sorry for the dress quality issue.

It is made after the order with complicated procedures, sometimes little problem is inevitable. I have told the relevant department to improve that.

Is it possible you keep the dress, we can offer $35 as discount?

Money will be back to the original payment method.

You could donate it to your friends or sale it to somebody

Or you can keep it and place a new order, we will give you best discount of 20%.

If return for refund, The labor fee and the material cost of the dress has to be deducted. So you can only get refund of $70

this is the part of item price 177.84$ becasue the dress was made after your order. We do not has stock in it.

And we did not refund you shipping fee 34.81$ on this order. Becasue the shipping fee was charged by shipping company not us. we already sent to you first time.

I just think return it and refund is a loss for you because the return shipping fee is much for this.

Besides, if you need the refund urgent, that will be delay, need about 1 month for you to receive the refund,

Because we will refund you after we received your return package.

The return package on the way to us may be need about 1 month

They are horrible. They do not do returns of any kind even though they are the ones that mess up. Do not order from them.

Do not order from this company. The reviews are definitely not from customers, they are horrendous! The sizing is crap, the quality is crappier and the customer service is The Worst ever.
Cheap prices for poor quality.

I had the worse experience with them. I paid for my package to be delivered within 12 days and it came in 23 days. The shoes were very cheaply made and did not look like the picture. After emailing them several times I finally got a response saying give them 20 days to come in. When I told them its been over 20 days and I paid to get it within 12 I was told give it 10 more days and that's not what I paid for. They gave me a 10% off coupon and basically told me to F off. I ordered these for a specific event that they did not come in for and the company made me feel like oh well take what you get and get on. I would NEVER order from them again. From the shipping fiasco to the cheap product I received it was all a mess!

Terrible company to buy from, wish I had read review before I order these awful items. I order 2 dress on this website, when they arrive a month later. They were of extremely poor quality, some of the stitching falling apart. Send email to their customer service department no answer for 3 days. They make you have to login and only communicate by text message. They refuse to put return receipt in package so again extremely difficult to return an item. Do not order anything from this company they are scammers and thieves they do not allow you to return any item claim the 7 days expire to return when they take more than 30 days to send item you order. Very very bad company. They do not deserve any rating but they still ask you to rate the company to send even this review ZERO

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. BEWARE! BEWARE! Your item will be shipped from China and poorly constructed. The customer service will tell you "it's not that bad" meanwhile I had threads popping out and pearl details falling off. Further. They REFUSE to refund you and instead offer you a minuscule fraction of what you paid for a return (when you really just keep the item - but honestly they're not even wearable). I will be reporting to the BBB and I highly suggest thinking twice before ordering from here

The minute my wife got the dress I knew we had a problem!
Dress was nothing like it looked like on line. Then they would not allow a return.
They wanted my wife to put it on, take a pic, and send it to them to judge how she looked.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Do not make any purchases on their website. I purchased two flower girl dresses off this website for $400. The photos online look NOTHING like what the actual product looks like and they are REFUSING to refund me.

This business does not refund for whatever reason. I received a torn dress. Took photos and asked for refund. They said they would give me $62 out of the $157 I spent. Plus I had to pay for the $27 shipping to China. Never buy products from China! Unethical. This was a total loss for me as I gave up.

What you see in the picture it's not what they deliver, their materials are so so bad, the finishing is also bad and the things get so long to arrive... please don't buy from Tbdress and chic me.

Do more research before ordering. Once again scammed by out of the county product. Just pay the extra cash and visit a real store. I should have done my research. Don't let the cheap cost fool you, it's not the same product as the picture. Support USA

I found the perfect wedding and accessories or so I thought I placed my order and after a couple weeks I was informed they ran out of material for my shoes I asked for a refund and did not receive it still waiting…. Once I reviewed my dress it did not fit I ask to exchange it and was told I had to pay fir the return myself which was more then the dress so I reached out to customer service and then was told they would replace the dress but I would have to pay another $75 for shipping oh no I'm not doing that so I'm stuck with no shoes and a wedding dress I can not fit. I had to go somewhere else to buy everything smh… I will never purchase from here again so beware ladies!

I've ordered some shirts, dress, and a pair of shoe and till today more than 3 months ago I haven't received it. When I send a text, they gave me a tracking to call my local postal office, and when I provided them with the tracking, I was informed that they don't see anything about the tracking aka the number doesn't exist in their system. I've been writing back and forth, they'll either tell me to check with my local post office or the it was sent back to the sender. I doubt why every time have a different story. This is not the first time, if you buy more than one item from them, they'll send you just one and with poor quality. This is not how business is done. So buyers beware, you put your money at your own risk.

I have never in my life been so disrespected by a company in all my life! One, they never sent the item I paid for, just kept giving me the run around, after over 45 days and then the rep who calls himself "Bobby", ph# *******131, called me all kinds of racial slurs (a black $#*! and n$%!$$) because I told the representative that I didn't have Google Chrome for him to send me a refund form! I am appalled! I had to call my Bank, to dispute the charge in order to be refunded my money! And, I will be reporting this business to the BBB.

I recently ordered an item online that showed good reviews and normal shipping within 5 to 9 days. After a month, I did not have the item. I contacted customer service who refused cancellation or refund. I disputed the charge through my card provider. The item magically showed up after disputing. It's cheaply made like they made it overnight and shipped to avoid refund. Balled up in a bag with a label on it, strings hanging from it, does not fit as measurements described (I ordered a large). They have removed me from their site. Said my email doesn't exist but I have an email full of their marketing emails until I unsubscribed. So, I can't log it to write review or anything else. I'm glad I only spent $35. Do not order.
