Back in August of this year i ordered a romper through TBdress. When it came in september it was the cheapeast material and poorest quality i have ever seen in a garment. I contacted them via email(thats the only way to correspond with them) and told them i wanted to return and refund my item. They went back and forth about why i should get another item etc. I kept explaining i wanted a refund. They finally sent me an address. Mailed the package off in september of this year and as of today December 11 they are saying they havent received my item. They r crooks and thieves. Clothing is horrible do not use this site to order clothes period

It has been nearly a month since I ordered and it hasn't even shipped. No responses from customer service. Feels like a scam.

The company is a complete fraud! I ordered a wedding dress, which was ridiculously large around the bust and not the size I ordered! They refuse to give me a full refund even though their policy states it. They keep trying to offer me a discount of 30 USD for a dress, that cost 200 USD. If I were to send it back I have to cover the shipping cost and would get refunded 40% of the original price, outrageous! The company declares their location in the UK, which means they should know that the UK protects customer rights with 30 days return policy for faulty goods and you have the right to receive a full refund. But my payment went to china and the dress was shipped from China as well. Very fishy!

I was very afraid to buy a dress online. Went to bridal shops tried on dresses but nine of them wowed me. The back of this dress is what got me so i ordered it. I ordered on november 5th and received it on november 30th. Im 5.6ft and 167lb in process of loosing more weight. I ordered size 14. Need some alteration because im not wearing heals and front top part also need to be more tight. My only complaint about the order is that i ordered ivory color and i received white that's why i give 4 star. I actually like it and won't be exchanging it. Very pretty and simple beautiful dress for my beach wedding and can't wait to wear it.

After much back and forth via. MESSENGER! THAT coupled with a non existed phone number nor a customer service person to speak to, I realized I was going to have a problem getting my money back. I ordered a formal dress which came after the event. I had waited 6 weeks! They actually saud i could keep the dress if I would get $ 15 dollars! It got much more absurd as I tried to get my money back. I finally contacted PayPal and explained the situation, they will make sure I get my $142.20. DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS! YOU are $#*! out of luck if you need a different size or in ny case, the dress didn't come timely. There website looks great! But, you are buying from a Chinese call center who will waste your time and money. I read tons of other reviews with bad reviews as well. Buyer be aware.

I purchased a wedding dress from this website and it took 6 weeks to receive my wedding dress. My dress did nit look like the dress that was advertised on their website. The quality of my dress was very poor. I reached out by email and Facebook messenger stating I would like to return my wedding dress the same day it was delivered and they only going to refund me 50 percent of my money, plus I have to pay $50 to ship the dress back to the manufacturer. Therefore, I will receive less than 50 percent as a refund

Cheaply made! My daughter received her maid of honor dress. We now are out two dresses from Tbdress! Neither one were acceptable. The first dress came to me completely wrong, as a different dress, horrible and cheap! The back of dress with lace was cut with scissors and no finished work. Does not close. The second dress we received yesterday and it is also completely wrong! The lace on the dress looks to be glued on with a film on it the dress we ordered was beautiful intricate lace detail sewn onto the dress. It is so unbelievable that tbdress would expect to get away with such a hideously made dress. Don't expect a refund from them ever! They do not honor refunds for any reason. They can make a dress completely wrong and different from the one you ordered and they don't care, now they have your money, that is what China does to people! They have no morals no concern for anybody only money. They are scammers to say the very least! DO NOT TRUST TBDRESS! I WAS WARNED BY MANY NOT TO TRUST CHINA

Please, Please, Please DO NOT buy from this website. The outfit that I received looked NOTHING like what was on the website. I could only get in contact with someone through the message option. They will not give me a refund. Lesson learned.

Read the fine print. Make sure you read the fine print. I ordered two items with plenty of time before the event I needed to wear one of them to. As i kept checking I realized that neither would arrive in time so I cancelled the orders. That's when the return policy kicked me in the face. You never get your money back! You keep getting offers for discounts instead of a refund and then when you tell them no it's dead crickets from there - no communication response.

I told them to cancel both items and viola 2 weeks later I received one of the dresses at my door. I told them that I had given them the instruction to cancel the order on 9/20 and they shipped it on 9/27. And of course, now that I had it they were going even lower on refunding anything. The refund offer went from $74 to $30 because I had the item in my hand.

Read the fine print cause this company has such a convoluted return policy you will never be able to get your money back. I've given up and chalked this up to a lesson learned.

I ordered a dress on 9/27. When I noticed that I didn't get an email a couple days later about shipping, I inquired more. TBdress informed me on the 5-9 processing timeframe. So I asked to cancel my order from 10/3. I asked multiple time including to cancel before it ships. They kept giving me the run-around until it shipped on 10/6. It is sad that that this company ignored my request multiple times and now it can not be canceled since it shipped. Poor customer service and I will never go business with them again. Please think twice before ordering and keep in mind the lengthy processing time

Most unscrupulous ROBBERS! Even after cancellation, they will not reund your money. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I ordered this dress for my wedding that's in November. The picture was beautiful but my dress looked terrible. I email to send back. They told me I couldn't send it back nor exchange because it's over 7 days.So I lost almost 200.00 hundred for something I can't use. Never again!

The website indicates full refund if you are dissatisfied with the product. Its clothing, so of course you dont know if it fits or looks right till you see it. They said you must pay return shipping. OK. Nowhere on the website does it indicate it must be returned to China or that the hidden shipping costs are $100's of dollars, so there will effectively be no refund.

I placed a 300$ order. We ordered all the articles based on their size chart. Of course nothing fit. We tried to get an exchange they are telling us we have to pay another $90 just to exchange the costume. The wedding dress doesn't fit neither but I won't even rest my time asking them an exchange they will ask me to pay more money again and is not even sure that the new products the will sent me will fit. Do not order anything form them, this is a big scam. This Chinese company is all about $$$$ and nothing else. Customer service =0

I'm sorry, but the American warehouse is rented and has expired. There's no way to return it there. We can only return it to China. If you return to the US warehouse, we will not bear any loss.
I know the return freight is very expensive. Well, if you keep these two clothes, we'll refund you $20, okay?

If I could give this company -100 stars, I would. Like an idiot, I placed an order with them, then changed my mind 2 hours later. It's been 3 days now and they still haven't cancelled my order. They're now saying: 'Currently it has been processed, so if you cancel it now, the labor fee and material cost has to be deducted according to our cancellation policy, so you can only get $150 the most refund.'

UPDATE: this is their latest message: 'Dear customer,

The item you ordered is wedding dress, not normal dress. And also we refund you the item money

Customer Service Department' - they are charging me £35 because of labour and material costs, none of which would have been incurred had they cancelled my order when I instructed them to do so. WIll not be using them ever.

Ordered a dress to Canada. Omg! Color doesn't match, the picture shows one fabric ( looks like satin) but comes completely different fabric and texture, sewed so poorly I can't even wear it at home - my dog will laugh at me. Spent $55 cad, when I texted them I want to return the dress they told me "sending us dress doesn't make sense for you, you will need to spend your own money for shipment and we will only refund you $20.". What? $20 if I go to the post office to spend another $15 to return that hideous dress? Omg guys! If the dress looks horrible you can't do anything about it. You can't send it back. Be careful. They don't refund. Look at the pics and have a good laugh. 1st pic expectations and 2nd is reality. I can inky wash the floor with this "dress look like" purchase. What a scam. Save your money.

The dress on the website was very attractive. But in
Reality it's not worth the purchase very inexpensive. Will not give this dress to
goodwill. Not worth the hassle of returning. Keep your money, read a truthful review.
