No good. Paid in full, Item never shipped after a month. Terrible service. I will never buy here again.

I did business with them. What I ordered and what they sent me was horrible and they was not trying to give me my miney back. The items I received were defected so I should have got a full refund. They advertise items on their website they do not have in stock and then give you hassle about getting your money back... this is fraud! They were suppose to process my partial refund on Feb. 11 and didn't process it until the 24th only becaused I send them a message back asking about my refund. If I wouldn't contacted them they were not going to process my refund. Shop at your own rick, but this company is a pure mess! They send you defected items and don't want to give you a full refund. They advertise items on their website knowingly they do not have the product in stock. They are crocks and try to scam you out of money. If i could give them 0 stars I would ‼

My order ******* is stuck in "generated" status over a year later. I've never received a response to my email inquiries. Calling is out of the question as they only provide an international dialing number instead of toll free. I'm totally disappointed! Buyer beware!

Dress was very low quality, and looked absolutely nothing like the image that was displayed. I the dress has 1 layer of silk that was basically see-through then a cheap mesh material over that. When I called customer service to get a refund they told me I could keep the dress and they would give me 8 dollars back! (I payed $65) when I stated that I would like a full refund they said I could send it back and they would give me the proper amount but i would have to pay for return shipping. Overall I wouldn't trust this site. I was very disappointed.

I bought 3 items in here and I'm totally disappointed because size was wrong not tagged it's a totally an scam this company material not worthy totally diferente from website examples Clothes looks they made and don't even put the tags and not sure what brand u buy materials horrible too

I've been waiting 6 weeks for 2 outfits for my wedding. Date is now 3 weeks away. NEVER buy from these people. Apparently these are hand made. Three weeks to even put it in a bag to ship... Don't waste your money, time and energy.

BUYER BEWARE! My review is very disturbing. I ordered their tulle wedding long sleeve jacket both in November 2021 and again in January 2022 because not just 1, but BOTH orders were never received. (Oh, and I paid for expedited shipping the 2nd time and here it is February 2022 and it's still "preparing.")
I got on TBDress Messenger to communicate to them that because this is an international package, only the Seller (them) can intercept it, per USPS web site's rules. It's not that they couldn't; it's that they WOULDN'T help. (Did I mention, their tracking site is in Chinese and I only read English, which I told them that in the TBDress Messenger messages)... many, many times. All I got was back-n-forth WASTED dialog, WASTED time, and ZERO results (BOTH TIMES I PURCHASED THIS)! Never received anything from them.
At first they assured me it would be here on time, but it wasn't. On the 2nd order, basically the same thing. I have all the messages from TBDress on my phone that I can prove.
Again, I paid EXTRA on the 2nd order for expedited shipping (last month)... which is still "preparing."
This is a very incompetent company that has NO PROBLEMS taking your money and leaving you to

Oh, and the address they post is not a functional one, according to Yelp. (United Kingdom vs Chinese writing. HMMMMMMMMMMMMM...)... so BUYER BEWARE.

Don't trust them. I ordered 3 coats for delivery. When they arrived, the coats were small enough to fit a 12 year old. I'm 5'10", 188 lbs and I could barely get my arms in the sleeves. I wrote messages to TB Dress because they have no way of accessibility for customers to conveniently contact them. I received a message a couple of days later that asked for me to upload images of my purchased items. I tried to send them photos but their site would not send the images. I returned the items from whence they were delivered, took images of the packaging and receipt so they'd know and messaged them to make them aware. I continued to send messages to them expressing that I wanted a refund for the items I returned. They didn't get back to me for months. Now keep in mind, it already took two months before they delivered what I purchased, now they were dragging their feet again to correct the problem. For example, I ordered in October but didn't receive the items until late December. I returned them after the new year and in February they message me saying, "you didn't let us know you were returning the items and we don't have any photos so we cannot refund you." My total was only $229 which isn't a whole lot, but the principle of the issue infuriated me. How do you take a customers money and deliver the wrong size to them and then tell them that they are basically stuck with the purchase that you returned for them to refund and/or resend the items correctly. THIS COMPANY HAS NO INTEGRITY AND THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE MADE BY PAID INDIVIDUALS AND PEOPLE FROM WITHIN THE COMPANY.

DON'T TRUST THEM! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! KEEP AWAY FROM THIS CROOK OF A COMPANY!

I ordered my daughter's baptism dress January 6th. On January 9th it was shipped out. I paid an extra 34 dollars for 3-12 business day shipping. It is now February 3rd I'm 9 days away from baptism date & each time I have checked on my order most hits in Chinese I have to get it translated even one translate it gives me no help on January 25 it said in chinese United states the sender has created a label but UPS has not received it yet. Then the 26th it says china mainland received into ups possession. So tell me why I still cant track it. Oh but when I try to track it thru UPS it says my package was delivered July 9th 2021! I can't get anybody on the phone I can't get anybody through email I paid $138 total. I'm beyond anxiety filled thinking I am now going to be rushing around the last minute trying to find a dress I like for her. I read all the fine print before I ordered this is why I paid the extra money for the 3 to 12 business days one holiday was in there. The only bad weather we recently had was this past Saturday and even so it should be updated each time there's a delay I also should get my shipping money back. I will never order from this site again.

First I ordered an ivory dress it came cream color on the bottom, the top of it was pinkish and I didn't want it. They begged and begged me to keep the dress and they'd give me $80 back which I'm screwed out of the shipping both ways! I didn't have the dress custom made. They're trying to tell me the dress has an odor yeah probably from sitting in a warehouse for wks before you got the product back and they only will give me $109 back. I want a full refund!

I'm Stephanie and my second time purchasing on this website, this is a trash one, dresses came poor fabric/ they toke 2 months to ship items, receive some of them in 3months/ and the rest of items have been sold out and they refund half of money said that I used discount. I never used any discount at all. Now it's too late I think to discuss with my bank. But I'll call my bank anyway.

Be careful ordering from TBdress. I ordered a prom dress for my daughter in May 2021. The dress was never delivered to me. They took 6 months to confirm this. Then they said they can't refund fully because it was a 'special piece'. I have been chasing for a refund since then. No reply to my emails. They have put me off buying online completely.

Dress nothing like shown. They don't want to refund me. Took over a month to come and once I complain they sent me something botched up. Don't order from them

It's sad that the Chinese base company can get away with charging you for a product that you never received and the web site will not let you cancel the order. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM TBDREES. I should of read the reviews if I would of I would of never bought from TBDRESS. THERE NO CONTACT NUMBER WITH A REAL PERSON YOU HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AND I HAVE LEFT QUITE A FEW AND KNOW ONE EVERY CALLED ME BACK. The Better Business Bureau would know about this. This is not fair both jackets were gifts for my nephews.

The jumpsuit i ordered has nothing to do with the picture. Not the same material or pattern even and not the same length. I regret that i bought it. The price of the item dropped after 2 days and i asked for a price match, but they refused. Also it was written on their website that the item would take about a month to arrive, it took more than 2 month to arrive and i asked for a refund in the meanwhile they refused. Now i received the item and it is crappy and i asked for a refund and a return and they refused. Worst customer service, quality, style, and material. I paid 70 dollars for the jumpsuit and its not even worth 10 dollars.

This website is a scam. I have placed an order for almost two months now and still haven't received any of the items received. Tb dress keeps on telling me that items are out of stock. I want my money back

My husband tried to suprise me with a beautiful dress for Xmas and guess what we still waiting on that suprise... he placed the order on November 19/2021 and today is January 10/*******... yes its a new year and no dress yet. Same as every other bad review on here, they take long to get to your email and it's always the same $#*!. "Hot item, we need 5 more days, please don't worry, be patient blah blah. How many reviews will it take to put this site down an out of ripping people off? Like who handles this type of $#*!? You already are robbing the world of so much and here we dumb $#*! keep supporting you! If you read these reviews and still go and purchase then you deserve what you get, just saying not trying to be rude but if the shoe fits. Reviews need to start with 0 as 1 star is to dam much...

Asked company before purchasing wedding dress if returnable or not. I was advised yes without any further stipulations. Dress has been received and do not like. It is not as pictured and more a cheap Asian knock off looking dress in an attempt to copy what is pictured on website. When reached out to ask how and where to return due to receipt in Chinese I was advised if I return I will only receive $90 back and not the $226 I paid. This has truly dampened and dented my wedding shopping and experience and have never been more disappointed in a company.
