It is clear this company pays people for reviews. I would like to give them zero stars. I ordered a romper and shoes 8 months ago and never got it. After a month of waiting, I contacted them and they said the item was returned to them. They didn't say why. They tried to offer me credit which I did not want. They won't return my money. $112.46 wasted. It is a SCAM.

I ordered a dress from here, and I want to return it and I have tried contacting them in all the ways they have given to get in touch with them. It has been a week and no response. Very disappointed. Please don't buy from here!

The site got me my first order in a timely manner. The dress I got was beautifully made and the quality was amazing. However, that dress was to small, so I ordered a replacement. That was April 7th 2022, and I haven't received a dress or update for some time now. I was told they would rush ship it and it still hasn't even left the facility yet. At this point I really just want my money back.

Place my order and never received it
Looked up my tracking and it was all in asain wording
Reached out to CS never got a response
Live chat was never available
Tried to enlarge the tracking info and hit the received button couldn't undo it
Reached out 3 more time never got a response.
Now I have to go through UPS and I don't even have the ups tracking number

Tb dress is a scam.so many times they $#*! up my order. They always rip you off…. Waiting for long time for my package. I ordered 7 of november 2021. Till february 2022 the package not arrive and cant be tracking, and suddenly they said the dress out of stock (they mistake)but then they refund the money not full amount of the dresses.im very piss off and im gonna delete the app soon and will never order anymore from TB dress. May 2022 im not even get my refund money yet…

I ordered a winter formal dress & Crystal tennis shoes - the dress came 4 weeks late after paying expedited shipping & I NEVER received the $100 Crystal tennis shoes. I contacted customer service they didn't reply for over a month - they told me they would give me $77 refund & I would have to pay shipping back to China! No mention of my never received Crystal tennis shoes! Disgusting - They are a Scam! DO NOT shop here!

Don't order from TB DRESS! No costumer support, provided phone number doesn't exist!
I waited 20 days for the dress to be shipped.
I've got a response from them right after I opened a dispute case against them through PayPal for a refund

I ORDERED A DRESS AND PAID FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING WHICH WAS $44.00 OVER A MONTH AGO. I HAD TO EMAIL THEM AT LEAST 3 TIME BEFORE THEY FINALLY RESPONDED. THEY SAID I HAD TO WAIT 2-3 MORE WEEKS IF I STILL WANT MY DRESS IF NOT ICOULD FIND SOMETHING ON THEIR WEBSITE THATS ALREADY MADE. BULL CRAP! I FOUND WHAT I LIKED THE FIRST AND PAID FORIT AND STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED IT. AFTER READING ALL THESE REVIEWS LORD KNOWS WHAT THE DRES WILL LOOK LIKE. THIS SO UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL NEVER ORDEDR FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! SCAMMERS!

I ordered a beautiful shirt from Theresa 4 months ago. I have yet to receive it. I emailed customer service several times and was promised the order would be taken care of. It hasn't. I have now asked for a refund and we'll see if I get my money back or not.

I do not recommend this company at all. Think twice before you order.

Placed my order on November! It has only shipped in February and today is April 9 and I never receive my order. Try to get in contact with the website and ask them to track it but they did not even did so! Idk know if I will get ever my money back or the cloths but honestly just don't buy from this shore! It is a waste of time, waste of money and stress that could have been avoided! And one of the dresses I received from a previous order was honestly ugly

I have waited for over 3 months for a pair of shoes. 2 months before they even shipped them. Had to ask for my money back before they said they were shipped. DO NOT BELIEVE their 9 days to process 9 to ship. I would not use TB again I doubt if I will see the shoes or my money back. Very disappointing.

I ordered a coat two months ago. Still no movement and showing still preparing for logistics. Sent 3 emails. Got one response. I do know there are supply chain issues, but this is getting ridiculous. If my coat does come. I'll be good with that. But I'm wondering if the cost will never come and my money will never be returned.

This site scammed me out my money, I never received my item. Be careful when you order from this site. I ordered a dress in February and haven't received my dress or my money back.

Before purchasing wedding dress I messaged company and they advised was returnable. Dress was not as pictured or fit right so asked to return. They denied my return for weeks. Filed a complaint with better business bureau and then they offered me $130 from the $226 I paid if I returned. I returned 2 months again paying for shipping to China out of pocket for them to still not provide me a return. I've never had a more awful shopping experience especially as a new bride. Put a damper in my finances and spirit and I do not recommend this company.

The suit sent was to small. Followed directions in returning the suit and repurchased a new larger one and was told they would refund on the small suit when it was received in Guangzhou China. It sat there for 6 months and then they sent it back. A Rip off company. Dont trust companies from China.

I ordered a dress January 18th, 2022 and quickly discovered it would take a long time to arrive. I cancelled the order January 30,2022 and STILL haven't received my refund, it is March 6th, 2023 today. My advice…. BEWARE, I am gonna shout this from the rooftop until I get my refund. #stayaway
