Horrible site! I ordered some gift items the middle of December with a "guaranteed" delivery date of Dec 20th. It is now Dec 30th and I have not received them. They charged my credit card very quickly, but the items are stuck somewhere in China and they do not respond to emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! My son also ordered an item which he received a week late (after paying for expedited shipping) and he said it is very poorly made and a waste of money. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM TBDRESS.COM!

Very cute items that you can't find in the US at these prices. The only thing to careful with is the size. Consult the size chart before buying. Once you get use to it, you get a great deal.

For a coat's size, I was not sure. So, I communicated with the customer service I aI had an EXCELLENT SERVICE - It's very courteous and really listen to the customer! The employee has not faltered changing the size of my coat and I wasn't obligated to make a cancellation and a new order.
Also, I 'm 10 orders on this site! There are beautiful quality garments and a much lower price than here in Canada.

I purchased a dress to wear to a wedding. It took a bit longer to get in the mail BUT it was well worth the wait. It fit perfectly and is beautiful. I will be ordering from here again.:-)
I made a purchase the beginning of April. I ordered 4 items, received only 1 of the 4. I have been requesting a refund since May. I was told, I would be refunded in 20 business days. Nothing yet
NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE... they are totally scammers. I have ordered 2 handbags on the 18 of june 2014 paid for shipping and everything, and today is 28 of july and still no parcel. I received an email 2 days ago. Telling me that the parcel has arrived in australia and gone back to them because wrong address, when i placed the order i wrote my address very clear so it was their fault if they sent it to another address. Well they told me that if i want my order to be sent back i need to pay for shipment AGAIN? Why should i pay for shipment again, when it was obviously their fault? Now not only i have to wait another month and half for my order to be sent... IF they send it, but they expect me to pay for shipment again. And if i dont want it. Then they will only refund me $10... WTF? Honestly. I am not interested in my order anymore, but i wont let them keep it and my money as well, so im willing to wait for the order another 2 months and never again will even look at these scammers. Stay away..
I made a large order on March 21. By late April it had not arrived, so I requested it be shipped on May 21 due to out of town travels where I knew we could not meet with 15-day return requirement.
On June 2, I sent an email asking where the shipment was and the customer service agent said it hadn't been shipped as I had requested it not be sent as yet. The order was finally shipped on June 5 and arrived on Jun 7. On June 14, I sent an email requesting how to return all items as they did not fit and were of inferior quality. On June 18, I sent a similar email. I received no response to either request.
On June 20, I communicated with the company via Facebook messenger. That agent said to email customer service which I did again on June 20. On June 21, I did get a response back saying 15 days had passed since the delivery so no return was acceptable. I'll be contacting Paypal to dispute the charge. Hopefully I'll be able to do so.
So that was my customer service experience. More importantly, the clothing is junk. The material is inferior, and the cut of the clothing is not at all represented via the pictures on their website.
