Bought a dress for my daughters wedding. What I received was a cheap rip off off. Absolutely nothing like the pictures.It looked hideous. I called and emailed instantly to return the package only to be told that there was nothing wrong with the dress and I could not get a refund. They offered me $20 of the$130 I paid and only if I sent it back. What a ripoff. I wasn't going to do another poor sucker gets the dress. If I could I would plaster reviews on every site if what a rip off tbdress is.

I was so impressed an inlove with the dress I received from TBDRESS! The quality is awesome very expensive looking at a fraction of the price! Due to monitor differences the dress does look more read than burgundy in real life! That's fine though as it's a lovely type of red, deeper red! The dress does look exactly like the picture! It is a little big, but that's my own fault for not measuring myself an I went off my last sizing! I will just take it in to have that more fitted look through the waste line! My mum just adores the dress on me! It's perfect for festive occasions an the shipping from TBDRESS to Australia was great, around 3 wks which is good shipping!
I will continue to buy from TBDRESS as the prices are amazing and the clothes are quality!

I have ordered 4x in TB almost a month now and I have not receive a single item. I kept on writing to them and in fairness they reply promptly but their delivery service is a pain. I love their dresses and the prices are good but you have to pay for that by the wait. I hope the TB team can improve their delivery system. I hope to get the dresses that I paid for before the year ends... :( Please TB team follow up on my order its getting very frustrating,

Ordered 3 items in late November (sometime around the 23rd), intending them to have for Christmas- Items didn't arrive until the new year. 2 out of 3 items I am "pleased" with, 3rd item's poor quality of craftsmanship makes it almost a complete write-off (also made out of fabric that feel like burlap).
Very shifty tracking services, the whole experience lacked a legitimate feel. I could have looked past the lateness and even the item quality, but it is the lack of traceability that put me off the most. I do not intend on buying from them again.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! I bought a dress from this site at the end of March. It's now the end of April and I still haven't received my dress! I've sent ten emails and got no response... Every time you call the two numbers that they provided they're both always busy! When I track the order it still says "origin preparing shipment... Transporting" Its been saying that almost a month now! This site is a scam! Please don't use it!

A friend of mine recommended tbdress.com to me because that's where he got his engagement ring. I was very skeptical at first because this is a very big purchase and buying it online was not something I wanted to do. After getting an idea of what my girlfriend wanted I found a picture of a similar ring online and sent it to tbdress and waited for someone to contact me with an estimate. I was contacted and from that moment on I worked with the customer service that was assigned to me until the completion of the ring. Julia was wonderful to work with, she always responded quickly and answered all my questions and concerns. Her input was vital to the outcome of my purchase. I ended up with a wonderful ring that my now fiancé loves.

The overall quality of my hoodie is great for such a cheap price, and the material is just as it looks in the pictures. It is a bit thinner than I thought it would be, but it keeps you a lot warmer than you'd expect! The only thing that kept this review from giving it 5 stars was the size of the hood; it's definitely smaller than the one in the pictures, and if you're relatively tall/large headed, you probably won't find the hood useful in keeping your head covered. Other than that, the inside of the hoodie will definitely start pilling, but it shouldn't matter because it won't show. One last thing I really like about the hoodie is that the zipper is a shiny plastic rather than a metal, which means a smoother zip and less chance of it ruining the shirt under, but still keeping the appeal of a metal zipper

Recently I bought a hoodies from tbdress. I am so disappointed when I received the item. The thread came out, the design is different from what they shown in their website and the quality is not good.

Was able to wrote an email to them. Their replied was as follow:

"Sorry for the inconvenience we have brought. Of course you could return the dress within 12days since you received it. But you need pay for the returning shipping fee, it would be a big cost. So would you like to keep it or send your friend as a gift, then we are willing to give you a discount next shopping time."

Really disappointed on his reply. They expect customer to bear the shipping charge eventhough is their fault?! And he trying to give me another suggestion so that I will not return this item to them.

And now they are not replying my email already and looks like they are trying to let the problems drag after 12 days return policy.

Please think twice before you make any purchase.

This company is a joke. I ordered three items from them when I received the items which took over a month, they were nothing like what was described on the website. 1. The size is ordered was xl but what they sent me couldn't fit a 5yrs old child. 2. The material is a joke. Shipping takes over a month. I paid a total of $83.00 for three jackets but threw them in the trash since I couldn't send them back. Never shop on this site. It's a rip-off

At first I was really hesitant about ordering online a site I've never used because I've heard of horror experiences and I've personally had a bad experienced from AllyExpress, the dress wasn't the same as pictured and it was poorly made. This website blew my expectations away when I ordered! It came right on time and it fit perfectly! I've ordered 2 dresses from them so far and those have been my most complimented dresses and I've had no problems what so ever with them. Tge cost is a major plus because my dresses looked like hundreds of dollars worth and I got them each under 200 and they looked far better quality than other dresses from high end stores! This is a truly reliable company and I actually just purchased my prom dress from them so I expect great things as usual!

I made my first TB Dress order of 2 day dresses last month and love both of them!
The black and white checkered pencil dress with attached red jacket and patent leatther -looking belt is amazing and I've worn it for an evening event for work and the other navy with white color dress( pictured in my profile here :) I wore last week for a tradeshow I worked! They are comfortable, fit well and photograph well in pictures too! Thank you! I placed my second order recently and cannot wait for those items to be delivered to me!
