I've ordered smaller dresses and also a wedding dress from TBdress. The turnaround time was quite fast, even for a custom-made wedding dress. The shipping was affordable and quick. Quality was good, the smaller items were as described. The material on the wedding dress was kind of scratchy, and you could tell the fabric quality wasn't as high as the ones I tried on in boutiques -- but that is to be expected, since I paid so much less on TBdress than I would have otherwise. The lace on the dress was not exactly the same as the picture, but it was close. For the price, it was a lovely option and I would recommend it for brides on a budget, with the understanding that you might want to do a little altering yourself once you get the dress in.

Their clothes are very poor in their design and TBdress shows NO interest in correcting any problems. As they told me over the phone. "We cant do that. That would be too expensive for us."

I ordered a coat that I couldn't use. Out of many flaws, the worst thing was that the holes for the buttons were to small so the coat couldn't be closed.
I sent them photos and have been emailing with customer service and have spoken to them over the phone. They offered me no since they thought I should rework the coat myself. Their best alternative was that I took the charge for returning the coat and they could send me a new coat or refund IF the one I sent them arrived in original packaging and in brand new condition. Their inability to recognize the coat's mis-design as a problem made we very unwilling to take that risk, and the shipping charge would easily outweigh any potential compensation I could have recieved.

I am getting married but didn't want my bridesmaids dresses to be too formal, I came across this website whilst trudging through the internet looking for some. I saw the site and fell in love with the dresses! They are exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this site to anyone as the prices aren't ridiculous and the dresses are gorgeous. They came very quick in the post and I can definitely say I will be using this site again for dresses for any occasion.

I was looking for a dress for prom and came across one that I immediately fell in love with and then ordered it the day after. Then I went on the reviews and saw the most terrible things on here about it being a scam and got incredibly paranoid and scared that I just wasted a lot of money. But then to my surprise my dress came in exactly two weeks later and it's AMAZING. I honestly love it so much, it looks exactly how it did in the picture and it's a little big on me, but I knew that was going to happen based off of their sizing charts so tailoring won't be a problem. Maybe it was just luck that I had a good experience with this website but I love the dress I ordered.

I recieved my boots and its just like Christmas. I am so impressed with the quality and feel of my boots. Really think you have a great product on your hands and i have to say theres a few jealous friends of mine that now have your web site in their hands, so keep up the great boots. Thanks again.

I love the dress! Great fabric, great color and flows beautifully. My only complaint is very small. I wear A women's size 8 or medium (sometimes even a large) so I ordered a medium in this skirt. I probably could have gotten a small in this skirt. Don't get me wrong, it fits. It's not falling off or anything but it is comfortably loose. If I wanted to wear it as a high waisted skirt I would want it a little more snug. Over all I love it. It looks well made and I just love the flow of it! I have quite a few maxi skirts and most of them seem to have a heavier elastic material. While this skirt is stretchy it is so airy.

First their instagram 30% off coupon code "instb30" is invalid, then after I completed my payment I get an email that the pants I ordered (and already paid for) are out of stock. They should provide us with this information before we make a payment not after. They said they would give me a refund on my purchase (which doesn't include shipping fees ofcourse) let's see if they will do it or if this website is just a total scam. So far I'm beyond dissapointed.

Buyer take note: $20 don't buy much in China, so don't have high expectations!
Ordered a few cheap dresses. Customer services is alright for China. Product arrive to New Zealand in 20 to 30 days, required signature. Products all had cheap linings but okay shell. Two dresses out of 4 I've received are shorter than description by 5 to 8cm (one's only 75cm), so too short for me (1.75m tall), one of these dresses were lacy and looks really cheap.

The general quality is a bit poor n when I ironed it they all smelled of chemicals. So I wont be machine washing it. To sum up, I would wear 3 out of 4 dresses but may have to alter one.

I ordered a dress for my cousins wedding which was August 15 lets just say I didn't make it I had nothing to wear.My dress showed up a week and a few day later. I finally got the dress I noticed a few glitter stains on the under side of the dress and flipped it over and it's black glue stains on the outside. So I figured I try it on anyway couldn't get my arms in my Xl dress so I just gave up Tried to open a dispute they told me no I could not. No explanation

DO NOT order from this place. I ordered my wedding dress and the shipping was supposed to get to me BEFORE the wedding. This did not happen and I received the wedding dress over a week AFTER the wedding. I requested a return label two months ago and still have not received it. It has been a nightmare and this company can only be reached by email. DO NOT ORDER from this place as you will not be able to return your item. I am stuck with a wedding dress that I can't even use and it is their fault! They falsely advertised their shipping times and the item came a long time after it was stated to arrive. Please do not order your wedding dress from them or any dress! Avoid what I went through with this company and look elsewhere

Well what can I say. I'd looked at many dresses in the shops but couldn't see anything that I liked that wasn't over ￡2k. I was very nervous at choosing off the internet but so glad that I did. This dress took my breath away when I opened the box, it was absolutely stunning. I even had a tear in my eye with the hard work that had gone into the bodice its so beautiful and so well made. Ladies for the price you are getting one heck of a dress. I felt elegant and comfortable all day my new husband was amazed too. Don't be afraid to order and take up the made to measure service. Thank you once again tbdress for helping to make our wedding day out of this world without breaking the bank :) I have already been recommending your web site to everyone I know.

I ordered 8 pieces of clothes 20 days ago but only one piece from my orders was shipped! I am always checking the status of my orders in your website but the latest update was December 4,2015. I am always sending you email but I am just receiving false hope from you. My orders status for the remaining 7 pieces of clothes: PREPARING? Serously? It will take 20 days for you to prepare my orders? Please don't be inefficient. Where are the rest of my orders?

My items arrived promptly, in great condition and fit perfectly. I ordered again shortly after the first items arrived, and ordered the red fishtail skirt with the back bow, and a new asymmetrical shirt. Both were perfect, again. I will definitely be a repeat customer at TBDress!

I love the dress and would have given the company 5 stars but it took over a month from the time of ordering to the delivery which was JUST in the nick of time. However the dress is gorgeous, great quality and looks fantastic, I've had loads of compliments and it looks just fab,
