When I placed my order, i was expecting to get the exact quality I saw on the website. The delivery was late and the clothes and bag was certainly not what I ordered. I was sent the wrong size, the bag was poor quality I just dumped them in the bin where they belong.
TBDress has a lot of good options to offer in womens' clothes, shoes, and accessories. From blazers to bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, and everything in between--they truly have it all! And a great prices, too!
Worst customer service ever. I custom ordered my dress and when it came it was nothing like what was shown or what I asked for. When I tried to talk to them about this they we not understanding and said that it was my fault, even though they did not make it like I requested. Also, the quality of fabic is much cheaper than they show on the website. My dress cost me $229, but with alteration the total has gone up to almost $900. The horrible quality and customer service aren't worth the "good" price.
I ordered a really cute Leopard print dress and what I got was way more beautiful than I imagined. Loved the material and the lining was perfect. It fit like it was made just for me. And the shipping didnt take forever either. I highly recommend this company

I've ordered on the tbdress website many times and I haven't had many problem. They're shipping is pretty fast too. I ordered on 20th of june and it came 7 days later! They're packaging is really good. Everything is well packed and when you order jewelry they put it in a separate bag so it wouldn't get damaged and they wrap everything with tissue.
I am a first time user for the website and was very much happy with the user friendly easy to operate website, easy order placing and quick delivery options. The collection on the website is awesome and is worth purchasing.

They see a bad review and throw up multiple "good" reviews all on the same day. My shipping was suppose to only take a week, and it's been over 1 month (still haven't received it). No one emails you back regarding concerns. HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY!

I clicked on a link for TB dress that I saw on Facebook and was amazed at all of the beautiful items. Price and size selection are excellent as well as customer service. For online shopping, I highly recommend shopping TB dress!
I had a very nice shopping experience with TBdress, I found the cutest dress, in my size, (which hardly ever happens!) in an advertisement right on my facebook page. I clicked the link and got the dress with no hassles at all. I also found a few others I would like. I really wish this site had a wishlist section like amazon does so I could have saved the other dresses for future purchase. The only other thing was that I wish this site had it's own payment gateway, you have to go through paypal to checkout. But they have really great dresses, and the sizes are pretty accurate to what they post in the measurements. Do be sure to check those because if you just go by US sizes you will not fit into dress... I am a size 14 US and I had to order a 2X because their sizes tend to run small.
I ordered a dress about 2 weeks ago, I have not been able to contact the company about the status of my order. When you dial the number it just keeps rining then you get a voicmeail, the chat link always says we are busy and gives a link to the website. This would be my last time ordering
I would like a return address that is in the USA in order to exchange items. The lack of this information to the públic is cert frustrating and even cause consumers to avoid ordering from your company.
I ordered a dress back in November. The delivery date was supposed to be December 8, but I never received it. After much emailing and trying to get replies I only received a $10 refund because the dress "accidentally shipped" even though it still didn't arrive. I was even told before that I wouldn't get a refund until I changed my previous review about them and made it a positive one, which would require me to lie. I then contacted Better Business Bureau, which is then only when I received a dress. I received a dress, not the dress I ordered. It doesn't look like the one that was advertised on the website. I write this review not to complain, but to let others know not to waist their time with this site, for I know I am not the only person who has had major issues dealing with them.

Everyone who saw me wear my dress has all praises for the material and quality and it futs me perfectly. The timing of delivery was awesome. I always love to order from TB Dress. It has never failed my expectations.
I bought this dress from TBdress. I wore this dress at a party for a friend and it was a nice compliment to the dress of color and quality of the cloth used and the cutting and sewing.
I would advise buying the dress and shopping from the site.

I order item from tbdress and they sent me the wrong item and I contact the customer service tell they that they sent me the wrong item and they tell tell me that the item is correct and I tell them that it is not correct. They are not listen to me. I want the item I order. I am very unhappy with them.

The color was not the same. The material was not the silky material that was in the picture, instead the material was thin and see through. After waiting a long time to receive the product, it wasn't giving what it was supposed to gave.
Well wasn't sure about ordering from China so far away but I had nothing but good customer service the whole way your company is right on the mark and your prices are great and the merchandise is wonderful will be ordering with your company again very pleased with my service
