TBdress is an amazing website, you can buy everything from accesories to clothes, and all of them are in great quality. The price is also really affordable, offering you great designs (which are quite similar to the ones we see on the runway) and great quality!
Don't order from TB DRESS! No costumer support, provided phone number doesn't exist!
I waited 20 days for the dress to be shipped.
I've got a response from them right after I opened a dispute case against them through PayPal for a refund
I bought a dress though this webpage and paid shipping and delivery cost about £26 but when I received my dress I think it was 1 month later and I received a bill from TNT company in amount of £27. It means I paid delivery and shipping cost to tbdress but they didn't pay for it. I double check the letter from TNT and there is option who is paying delivery cost and there was thick on receiver. That means I paid two times for delivery! So unhappy I m not gonna just this webpage any more...
I placed my orders and paid for it 6 months ago and still haven't received it. The websit is finally communicating with me after starting an investigation through my credit card company and now they say they're willing to resend the item or give me a refund but nothing for my inconvenience for the last six months of waiting. I messaged them 12 times and got no answers until now. Acoid this website.
My very first purchase was 2 bridesmaid dresses and i received them in exactly 2 weeks as indicated from i placed my order... it was 2 chiffon dresses and i am very pleased with the quality of the material... but even more pleased with the double linning that made the dresses soo beautiful... i have discontinued my bridal account with Mary's Bridal in Houston Texas who i have been ordering exclusively from for the past 17 years... Frith's Bridal is now exclusively using tbdress...
On July 28,2015 I ordered an overcoat and a dress from tbdress. I received the overcoat a month latter and I am barely satisfied with the quality, but in retrospect I am happy I at least got one of the items I ordered. As of today September 16,2015 almost two months after my order I still have not received the dress I ordered and payed for. I messaged the website asking why I have not received the dress yet and they still have not answered. Thus in summary I payed around $54 (US dollars) for a overcoat that I don't really like ( horrible fit/quality) and a dress I never received. I would suggest you never buy anything from this site.

I Love the material of the clothes and the colors are outstanding, I have been pleased with every thing I have purchased, and look forward to purchasing more. Everyone always asking where I get my clothes from and how much I paid for them.
The delivery was speed. The top was exactly as pictured. Very pretty top. Softer material. It is a crop top but with a shorter torso you can make it work with higher-waisted jeans. A little looser but that is how I wanted it to fit. Highly recommend for the price!

After my colleague told me about TB Dress my wardrobe became fuller and my wallet was not empty by the end of the month. I bought as many outfits I want for myself but I wish there need to be a dedicated department for plus sized apparels for my chubbier friends too!
Ok, yesterday I got my 1st order. I am very surprised at the look and quality of the clothes. They are so different from the photos in their website. The skirt looks like from a trash can and the green top is not made from linen which stated in their web. It is a big cheating. I am so disappointed and so regret that I had my 2nd order before I got the 1st order. I will not buy from this website anymore.

I ordered my girlfriend a coat on the 16th of January 2021. Paid extra for expedite shipping for 19th to the 23 and still haven't heard nor seen any confirmation #. I never been through this before. But I see a lot of people complaining about the same thing which tells me that I won't be getting my my item I purchased $97 dollars on. SMH
I ordered a prom dress on April 15th and received the item on May 2nd. Very happy with the delivery and product. The dress was 90% similar to the photo. Slightly extra fabric on the bottom part however not significant enough to keep me from doing further business with TBDress. Thank you!
I had a lovely experience shopping at TDDress. I was able to pay securely via paypal, I received the goods in the delivery window they specified and the jackets were the size, texture and design i expected from the online images and description.

I ordered this product on 18th October 2019, I still have not received this product (19 Dec 2019). I emailed them & got no response. Do not use this company, they will steal your money. I tried calling them in CHINA & they did not answer, tried messaging them through their messaging service, it did not work.
I am extremely happy and impressed over the exquisite quality of the dress. It is exactly as it is pictured on the website. The length is perfect. I am 5' 9.75" and it is the correct length. I looked into the internal portion of the dress and it has delicate satin black lining in the upper part of the dress. The layered petticoat adds the perfect balance of flow that compliments the body when standing and/or walking. One of the most essential aspects to my entire purchase is the fact that I ordered this dress on May 14,2019 for an occasion scheduled for May 25,2019, and you purposefully got my dress here to me in Phenix City, Alabama today, May 22,2019 before 1:00 pm. I am ecstatic over my dress and your services. I will be back for more and more purchases. Praise the Lord! And thank you so very much!
So glad I read this. I went onto the site yesterday and in my shopping cart was over $200 worth of apparel. I went back on the site to look over what I was going to purchase and weird there website isn't up and running. Big scam and super bummed. Read all the reviews and you can tell all the positive reviews use very similar verbage. I will be spreading the word about this company

I placed the order on 7/11/16 and pay pal confirmed the payment on the same day. I waited two weeks and went back to check my order status and it was showing awaiting for payment. I contacted the customer service and gave them the payment transaction and that's when they said the payment was received. ( They actually received the payment on 7/11/16) They were waiting until i contact them, and they e-mail me that the product will be shipping on August 2nd which is almost a MONTH after i made the order, PAYMENT. I feel this is the worst company i ever shopped in online and i will NOT go back to them. As of today, i haven't received tracking number or anything for the products. So waste of time. Most importantly the website didn't say when they will ship out the product when you make order. SCAM. SCAM...
