I purchased one of the jackets and a pair of pants. The jackets look way nicer in the pictures but are actually not great quality. The material is very cheap and they cancelled my order for the pants without an explanation but offered to give me a voucher or refund. I was only able to see that I got an email from them by searching their company name in my email so I think their emails are sent to spam. It's not worth the money.

I purchased a jacket for my niece at the beginning of December and I received the jacket nearly mid February. I emailed multiple time to get a delivery status and it was always "preparing to ship". Once item shipped, the tracking information was in Chinese so I couldn't even track the package. When it finally arrived, I was shocked at such a tiny package since the jacket I ordered appeared to be a big thick Sherpa jacket. I opened the package only to find the cheapest, poor quality item inside. The print on the jacket was absolutely not what they advertised on their site, not even close. I emailed them photos of what I received vs. what they have pictured and shocker "we cannot
Open the photos you send, can you format them differently? No, I cannot. I send hundreds of photos all the time and nobody else has issues with them. This company is all bad, poor items, and poor customer service.

Paid $60 for a jumper and got a shirt that was see through and falling apart at the seems! I have been trying to and still am to get a refund on the item, ITS BEEN A 3 WEEK PROCESS ALREADY! They make things way too complex and will drag it out for as long as possible, in what I believe is an attempt to make me loose interest and get away with providing me with $#*! quality clothes I paid good money for. MAD! WHY IS INSTAGRAM ADVERTISING THIS COMPANY? I would not want to be associated with a company of such low quality service and material.
