I purchased a jacket for my niece at the beginning of December and I received the jacket nearly mid February. I emailed multiple time to get a delivery status and it was always "preparing to ship". Once item shipped, the tracking information was in Chinese so I couldn't even track the package. When it finally arrived, I was shocked at such a tiny package since the jacket I ordered appeared to be a big thick Sherpa jacket. I opened the package only to find the cheapest, poor quality item inside. The print on the jacket was absolutely not what they advertised on their site, not even close. Open the photos you send, can you format them differently? No, I cannot. I send hundreds of photos all the time and nobody else has issues with them. This company is all bad, poor items, and poor customer service.
