I purchased a jacket for my niece at the beginning of December and I received the jacket nearly mid February. I emailed multiple time to get a delivery status and it was always "preparing to ship". Once item shipped, the tracking information was in Chinese so I couldn't even track the package. When it finally arrived, I was shocked at such a tiny package since the jacket I ordered appeared to be a big thick Sherpa jacket. I opened the package only to find the cheapest, poor quality item inside. The print on the jacket was absolutely not what they advertised on their site, not even close. I emailed them photos of what I received vs. what they have pictured and shocker "we cannot
Open the photos you send, can you format them differently? No, I cannot. I send hundreds of photos all the time and nobody else has issues with them. This company is all bad, poor items, and poor customer service.
