After being a loyal Target customer for 30 years I can no longer order anything from them online. I cannot get anything by pick up, drive up or shipping. Nothing! I've been jerked around by them before but this is the last straw! I'm deleting my account & shopping elsewhere!
Good call renting out your pharmacies to CVS - that makes it very easy to get localized. FLU Shots are usually very cheap there!
They offer the same stuff everyone else does but the red card offers that 5% off which, in CA covers 1/2 the sales tax... lol
Greedy America... keeping up with the Jones... doesn't Macy's own Target... lol
If they would let me just move in i would! Best place to scoop up groceries AND clothes or shoes or personal items! This is the only large company i will shop at... small business are my all-time favorite!
I can't say enough good things about my online shopping experience with Target. I shopped from a relatives " baby shower wish list" and I purchased numerous larger sized items as well a number of smaller items. They say larger orders could be broken up into several deliveries and I was pleasantly surprised that they sent everything in one order. Great prices, fast shipping & really good communication with provided tracking information.
I purchase all different types of categories from this retailer. From health & beauty supplies to home decor.
My online experience has also been exceptional. I've had to contact their customer service regarding a purchase that didn't arrive on time, and they immediately sent me another and told me to just keep the first order "on them" for my inconvenience when it did come in. I received both orders at the same time.
Very happy with their products and high level of customer service. Very highly recommended!
Have ordered many items over the years via Target.com. Paying with their Red Card even gives you a discount and free shipping. Most items can be returned free at any Target store. Will continue to shop with them.
I can't say enough about Target because I'd run out of space. Target has good quality, diversity and unusual things to buy. I've always been very happy with Target and will continue going there. An applause for the people that work inside the store, and thumbs up plus many rounds of applause got their on line customer service.
I was unable to purchase a prepaid phone card with my gift card. This was not disclosed in the product description so I found out at the checkout when it was too late. Now am stuck with the useless gift card.
I am very disappointed in Target and will never shop there again. At the University Heights OH location, indoor parking spaces are reminiscent of some Halloween scenes. Dark and poor visibility when trying to pull out of your parking space. An accident waiting to happen. Not that Target cares one bit.
At Skokie IL location most items are available online only, and the cashiers will send you to the wrong aisles upon request. A nightmare. These cashiers need a REAL training that Target obviously does not provide.
Besides, Target does not carry wide width shoes, despite their rubber stamp replies on social media. Time to move on to the better places. Spare yourself some aggravation and shop elsewhere. I do not recommend Target shopping.
Target at Liberty, Mo needs reliable electric carts. Why spend all that money remodeling and have the items inaccessible to handicapped. Also, there are no benches to sit on at the entrances. This store is 5 minutes from my house... let me know when you are compliant with rules about number of electric carts
I enjoy seeing the quality products at Target. I usually shop there when I'm looking for some nice clothes for my sons, or for some shoes for myself. Their fashion ranges are very contemporary, with a lot of variety to choose from, suiting different tastes while still staying trendy.
For fashion, Target has up-to-date clothing of questionable quality. But, if you cycle things in and out, every season, it's not bad.
Bedding and linens are fine, as are many of the other departments... pretty good one-stop-shopping.
Target's website is just awful. I'm amazed that in 2018 target has not been able to come up with I smoothly functioning website. It's Twitchy.
There are long pauses after you select an icon giving the impression that you haven't selected. The pages have a tendency to jump so as you are about to click a selection the page jumps and you inadvertently click something unintended. You initially may choose a specific store I've noticed that as I search the ZIP code changes to some unrelated store usually in another state. This Behavior has been going on for years.
I find target.com to be one of the most user unfriendly unreliable websites that I've ever dealt with. I'm usually discouraged to the point of saying screw it Target's not worth it.
Target is my favorite one-stop shop for everything from groceries to home decor to clothing. The store layout is well-organized, making it easy to find what I need, and the prices are competitive. I also appreciate Target's commitment to sustainability and their diverse range of products. Whether I'm stocking up on essentials or treating myself to something special, Target always delivers.
Target has changed during this past year, there customer service is horrible now. They were not only rude to me but refused to take any action for a package that I ordered from them and never received. They basically stole my money and spat in my face. I just canceled my store card I am done doing business with them.
On a recent visit to Target, I stood in line at the guest services desk behind a single customer. When that customer left, the Target employee did not look up from her work to recognize or greet me in any way. It was as if there was no one in front of her. When I greeted her, she still did not make eye contact with me, nor did she offer a hello. I am guessing more than 50% of Target's customers are in my age group (55+) and that nearly 90% of us have a similar experience with young workers pretending we are invisible. Curious about others' experience with being treated as though you are invisible.
Target claimed my order would be shipped via 2 Day Delivery. Then they shipped it via Surepost. Surepost is a slow, discounted shipping method that usually takes around a week. First it goes via UPS, as a low priority package. Next, it's given to the post office, which also treats the package as low priority. I've tried using Walmart, with similar results. They are trying to compete with Amazon, by lying. Even without Prime, Amazon doesn't pull this kind of crap. IMO, they would be better off telling the truth. Now I'm mad not only because my package is late, but because they lied, too.
Very expensive for what you get, but super convenient with a big selection. Their clothes are so cheaply made. Customer service can be horrendous and returns are a complete hassle if you don't have the receipt or form of payment you used.
I ordered Johnson creamy baby oil with aloe and vit. E, Target sent me the cocoa & shea butter. I called to get the order right. She assured me she had corrected it. Shipped another 6 bottles of the wrong thing again. Called again, she said they were sending me a $10.00 gift certificate. I told her not to bother, I would never buy from Target again. No wonder their stock Is going down. Very bad customer service!
Target used to be tidy and clean but now is messy and even has items laying all over the aisles. Employees are rude and won't even look at customers and cashiers do not have manners (actually refuse to place purchases items in the cart). Just a complete sh@t show. Target is what their competitor was 10 yrs. Glad my circle is becoming self sustainable. See ya!
The stores are very messy. So many things out of place. And I think it's ridiculous that their online doesn't ship jeans. You can buy almost anything you want online and have it shipped to your house but not jeans from target.
Answer: Looks like Target has sent a lot of ringers here to up their ratings in the last few months. Nice try guys but your whole shopping experience is still subpar. To answer this question, IT DEPENDS on where you live and what you order. If you're right next to their warehouse, SURPRISE, it's there in a day and you think they are fantastic. If you live far away, the item is no longer in stock or they are slow to fill it, it could take six weeks. It did for us on a couple of occasions, SO it's the luck of the draw and certainly NOT better than Amazon.

Answer: Be careful. If the item suddenly becomes unavailable that you already paid for you will have to wait 30 days for your refund.
Answer: Sometime from other sites, malware can be picked up to track your internet history. I don't think target's website would carry that!
Answer: I'm sorry. I ordered a lot from target.com and never had a problembefore, but when I finally did have a problem... hours and days on the phone. One of the service techs put me on hold for 30 minutes. Another put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. Horrible.
Answer: I was unable to purchase a prepaid phone card with my gift card. This fact was not disclosed in the product description so I found out at the checkout when it was too late. Now am stuck with the useless gift card. I am very disappointed in Target shopping and will never buy anything from them ever again. I do not recommend Target shopping to anyone. Spare yourself some aggravation and shop elsewhere. Enough said.
