Absolutely terrible, please folks shop somewhere else! They do not respect their customers at all, they use to be a great company but they have gotten so bad now. After they get your money they treat you like trash, their customer service will keep hanging up on you or talk to you horribly. I will never shop here again!

Do Not Shop Here, once they have your money then they treat you like crap. Horrible customer service who are interested in helping you at all.

They are a terrible company, they take advantage of their customers by overcharging and won't refund you unless you complain, upon complaint they apologize and tell you that they have issued a refund but they really have not until you complain again. That kind of business practice is dishonest and I will never shop with them again

I spent over 300 and I would never wear anything that I brought unless it were for pajamas they are falsely advertised. They look nothing like the modeled pictures and when I spoke to customer service they were so rude and basically said they don't care if I do business with them again. I never expected this low quality or rude service from Nordstrom.

Target has changed during this past year, there customer service is horrible now. They were not only rude to me but refused to take any action for a package that I ordered from them and never received. They basically stole my money and spat in my face. I just canceled my store card I am done doing business with them.

They have absolutely terrible customer service. They reply to some emails but not all and I finally just had to call, they were rude and do not appreciate your bissiness.

They have no system in place for if you don't receive your package, they could care less. They stole a close to $210 order and I don't have money to give away... I never received any items but they kept my money and told me it was the post office, s problem so go there... during COVID-19? Terrible company don't do business with them we work too hard for our money to just throw it away
