Would give zero if I could. Target.com reguarly ships product with ZERO packing materials. I have complained multiple times. They also use cheap shipping service (surepost). Over half shipments arrive damaged. Because of no packing materials, the collectibles inside were damaged. Yet they will not process a return for a damaged item that THEY shipped using THEIR shipper of choice and THEY decided to put no packing materials in the box. I think that prices could be lower than what the store has them at and that it should jack the prices up because of the store name and that quality of the stuff should also be important to them and not the price and that customer service could be better or at least more polite and that it could have the layout of the store easier to get around in and understand where things are at.
My home oven broke so I ordered a countertop oven for pickup. So many issues but the worst was how rude customer service was. Not only did they not help he also cut me off and ended the chat abruptly. I took screenshots of the end of the chat too. That's target for a wonderful holiday.
The computer showed the were in stock. When i got there only the regular mints were available. When i went to check out at the self service counters, they were all shut down. This is at 9 oclock in the morning. I got in a long line to check out at one of the regular checkers when an employeewent over and turned on the self service counters. All were taken bu one when i got there. I tried to use it and it didnot work. The employee came over and told me it was out of order. Sorriest experience i've ever had and i just left the candy there, By the time i found out the register did not work there was a line at the other ones. Won't go back to target. Never had this trouble at wal mart.
I would like to Thank Target Customer Services for making my Grandson only wish for Christmas come true. I called customer services about an order I placed on 12/15/23 which was supposed to arrive on 12/20/23. The order did not arrive on the 20th so I called on 12/21/23 and a customer service representative was so professional and compassionate, she made sure I received my refund so I could reorder a gift for my Grandson. Thank you Target for standing behind your orders! My Grandson received his Sky Viper Vector Performance Stunt Jet the next day from Target. I am going to Pay It Forward and Donate the Sky Viper Vector Performance Stunt Jet that I reordered. My lesson from this is: Be Kind to People when you talk to them, they are just doing their Job! I cancelled my Red Card and asked them to remove all of my personal data from their computers. It took awhile, but the agent finally spoke with someone and was able to comply. There stand on homosexuality is blatant and immoral--even having kid's clothes and the kid's section in rainbow colors is disgusting.
Will not be ordering anything from Target online again! First, I ordered a package containing a vinyl record and the box was in shambles, plus the record was literally split down the middle. Then, I submitted for a replacement and they sent a CD and the system updated the order for that. Called to say I got the wrong item, and even though I submitted photos, they said their system shows a CD and not the original vinyl I purchased --- EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PHOTO PROOF AND SUBMITTED THAT WITH THE REPLACEMENT REQUEST! So then, I get refunded for the price of the CD which is less than the price of the vinyl. Granted, I bought it with a buy 2 get 1 free special but I would never have bought a cd because of the low value so I lost in my savings that I would've gotten with the Vinyl record. Then they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to purchase the vinyl record from them and I said no way, I'm already out my expected savings and it's only going to show up damaged anyways. I will never purchase from Target.com again and I certainly wouldn't recommend anybody purchasing anything fragile as it won't be packaged properly and be sent broken, and avoid the nightmare of trying to explain to the help center because they won't take hard evidence over their system's and warehouse faults.
Was directed to target to purchase. They are not transparent. They said in stock and when I went to click on by now it would not allow me. It said check back on November 10. Stayed up till midnight to check back. Set in stock again when I went to click on by now, it would not allow me once again. The next day it says out of stock. Tried to call customer service. The call went overseas to another country, and the person knew nothing of what I was talking about. I am so sad and discouraged. I would never recommend shopping at target to anyone!

To answer this question, IT DEPENDS on where you live and what you order. If you're right next to their warehouse, SURPRISE, it's there in a day and you think they are fantastic. If you live far away, the item is no longer in stock or they are slow to fill it, it could take six weeks. It did for us on a couple of occasions, SO it's the luck of the draw and certainly NOT better than Amazon.
