Some products are excellent while others are "You get what you pay for"... There package tracking is below standard... They do not allow customers "Rate" the product(s) you purchase... So there is no way to let the next customer know what to expect... The descriptions on the items are lacking... Sometimes there are no dimensions... Items shown in pictures that are not included... When you receive your order and open it, you will notice a note on top of the packing stating... Ring base may be purchased separately... I have been self-employed before and I know start up company's have their problems... I still purchase from Tanga... Just waiting for them to work on their website...

My only criticism has been that they are sometime slow to respond to email questions about products featured. Like "What are the physical dimensions of this product?" Responses often arrive after the offer is sold out or over. On the other hand they generally resolve existing order issues promptly. With the great volume of products offered they generally do a good job and seem to stand behind the product purchased.
Update: Have stopped doing business with them because of items sent not as ordered and not as described. Too lengthy of a refund process which required multiple contacts. Maybe growth pains but who needs the hassle?

I've been disappointed twice. The products I received were not at all the ones I ordered. For example, instead of three different full-sized Clinique lipsticks, for which I paid $29, I received three identical, weird combinations of a lipstick and mascara in one. Weird. Must be samples--I've never seen them at a Clinique makeup counter. Tanga told me to take a photo of them, but it was during a busy time of travel and work, and I didn't do it within the 30-day limit. Most recently, I ordered a pouf that came in the wrong color. A customer service woman sent me a label so I could ship it back for free, and she told me she'd credit my credit card as soon as she saw that it had been mailed. Well, that was a week ago, and, of course, no credit yet. I think I've placed my last Tanga order.

I ordered an iPhone that the add clearly says it is UNLOCKED and guaranteed to work with all GSM carrier. I had to go tot T-mobile to get a micro-SIM and after that hassle figured out that it's LOCKED. I took 3-4 days and a minimum of two emails to have someone responding to me and sending me a return label. It was a birthday gift for someone and just ruined my plans. Will never trust Tanga with something important like this...

I've ordered a bunch of things from Tanga over the past few years, and have always gotten great service. They have a lot of neat "I didn't know I needed it until I saw it" kinds of things, and the prices are always very reasonable. I like that they are small enough to have a personality to their business, as well. It's almost like the Internet equivalent of "shopping local"

I've found some really unique, unusual items for sale at Tanga's online site over the years, and have always been satisfied with what arrives as well as with their low prices. For example, a really special 10" blue Laser Light Sword straight out of StarWars has served as a nightlight in my bedroom for several years now. Or how about the CD case that is actually a hidden safe, the tweezers with a built-in LED light, or the butane lighters that are sized to clip perfectly onto a cigarette pack to name just a few cool finds. It takes a little while for their stuff to arrive, but its always worth the wait. The occasional return has been simple and quick, they respond quickly when I need their assistance, and I'm a very satisfied customer who plans on continuing to shop at Tanga for a long time!

Recently Dr. Dre separated from the original partnership of Monster headphones, which is another reason we can get these at such a great price! These Beats are authentic, however are no longer associated with current Dr. Dre models. If you'd like to return, just reply to my email and we can go from there. Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
