I have bought some awesome stuff from Tanga but then I get a package wrapped in plastick, used, no warranty, missing parts and I wonder how they can flop around the board so much. There was nothing in the add suggesting that this was even a refurbished product let alone a plastic baggy purchase. I had such high hopes for Tanga, but now there just another buyer beware company!

They claim that they're a small company, I think they're all FAMILY, and they treat you the same way... very well. I've ordered several products, one for the kitchen; one for fun; and I'm now awaiting a printer at an amazing price, The pot scrubber made of stainless steel mesh cleans cast iron very well; the air balloons, a surprise B'Day gift for my son in another State, are yet to be tested. The car organizers one for each vehicle, are great for carrying plants from the store as well as grocery bags, small tools, cold food & beverages and video games for the back seat organization. Everything I purchased was at an inexpensive cost, came in the time span promised and none have been returned.
I've ordered 3 things so far from the website. 1 order was correct, 1 order the cables didn't work but I received a refund and a 15% off coupon (new items are on the way), and one order was the wrong product all together, but I have no doubt that their customer service team will take care of everything. So even through some difficulties, I'd still recommend and re-use based on my contact so far and the price of the website. Mistakes are bound to happen, but it's the people who help you that keeps you coming back for more.

Best Prices - always good products. I've never had to return anything as they are always what was described. They are up front about taking slightly longer to ship since they are a small company, but I always receive my items in 2-3 weeks or so. It's worth the wait for the savings. I love Tanga!

I gave two stars not one because they gave me a refund for the one item I complained about. I saw this website on krazykouponlady and got really excited for silver and diamonds so cheap. I should of known it was fake. They DO NOT tell you if something is real or not. A "silver plated" earring broke my ear out in a rash because it is fake dollar tree jewelry. Best to catch a kohls sale. I wasted over 40 dollars on dollar tree fake jewelry. Note DO NOT buy jewelry from them. Maybe other online deals but my ear has a rash. Should have known better.
