After waiting for weeks for my order, I emailed three times for an update. No news until I threatened to post a negative review. My item is mysteriously no longer available. I will now continue my wait for the refund.
Wonder where my money would be if I had not poked them for a response?
In this day and age of emails and computer info, why no notification, Tanga?
There are plenty of reliable online shopping sites to visit.

Buyer beware!

They sold me 10 printers and after delivery i directly stocked them. I didnt check inside of boxes because they were looking true. And i understood after one customer warned me that these boxes were not included INK cartridges even it was stated all boxes content, I mean they were removed all cartridges before sold me. Without them what can i do with that printers? Of course i applied tanga but they REJECT my application! I sent all printers to trash. I lost my money reason of their trick.

How can they do business with this principles no idea. I never trust them again!

I purchased several items, one being a laptop. It was shipped pretty quickly and it would have been a great experience except for a few issues. At first the payment system would only accept paypal, holding 2 charges that weren't released for almost a week. The last thing is the delivery. Fedex just dropped my laptop, wrapped in Microsoft tape, on the porch and I was inside. Not Tanga's fault but maybe they should re-think their shipping options. Product is visibly used but operating pretty good. I've only used it for 24 hours though. There are a few dings and scratches that I did not expect but the price makes up for it.

My order in order #3GQTFFH86DET in the amount of $132.91 had six tracking numbers of which two of these never reached me. Now they are not wanting to help at all. $78.88 if this order was never received. I am so tired of them telling me that it shows delivered when I just talked to USPS and they said that those two clearly show they were not. I won't order from Tanga again unless something happens. This is not the first time that I have had problems and delivery can be very slow. Just thought I would say that almost two months later and after filing a Paypal claim, they have said that they are going to give a refund for these tracking numbers. I have not received the refund yet and Paypal says that it could take up to 30 days but it took 10 days for them to answer the claim.

I asked an associate of mine to purchase Isotoner gloves from Tanga so that I could provide them as gifts for the upcoming holiday season. After the order was placed I noticed that there was a shipping charge of nearly 40 US dollars for 20 pairs of gloves! This was nearly 25% of the cost of the gloves.

First, the sell price shown is completely misleading if the shipping cost is going to be outrageously priced. Second, how can it cost nearly 40 dollars to ship something that is so light and small?

After spending a great deal of time trying to find a telephone number to call Tanga, I couldn't find one. I sent an email requesting they reconsider the exorbitant shipping fee, but there was no concession by the customer support representative. I then asked to cancel the order because the order was shown as not being packed, but the customer representative responded that they could not cancel the order.

I will make every effort to NEVER ship with Tanga again.
