Not only did I have to contact them to get delivery of my item, waiting 5 days to get an answer, but what they sent was a poor knockoff of Baggu shopping bags. Really, are they just incompetent, or worse fraduelent. In all my internet shopping, I've never had such a bad experience.

I purchased a HP EliteBook NC6930p 14.1" Notebook that was listed as Grade A refurbished item. It was not even a grade F. The screen/video card is defective and displays a pink tint to everything that is suppose to be white. The screen also does not latch to the base - the mechanism that does that looks to be bent. When I contacted them they did not handle it other than saying I had to contact another company... their third party distributor. I don't think this should be my responsibility since I purchased from Tanga not this other company. They should have handled my return/complaint.
Shipping was extremely fast but I bought this item as a Christmas gift and the package shows up with HUGE *Microsoft Certified* tape all over the box and the specs of the laptop inside. The person whom I was going to give the laptop to was the one who picked it up off my porch, Had I know that this is the way it would be shipped I would have made other arrangements. Ruined Christmas.

The first few times I ordered from Tanga it was a great experience and the reason why I trusted the site with a large purchase. I purchased two iPhones at 200. Each. They arrived and wouldn't even turn on. I contacted customer service immediately and they responded with I had to contact the company that they bought it from and it was not their responsibility. I contacted FreedomPop and they sent out two more phones... neither one again worked. They refused to refund my money. So I was stuck with four iPhones and out over four hundred dollars from this useless company. Do not trust these people with more than you expect to lose.

Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
