This site is awesome for deals and older model clearances for electronics. Shipping is fast, production descriptions are accurate, and quality has been good.

Not only did I have to contact them to get delivery of my item, waiting 5 days to get an answer, but what they sent was a poor knockoff of Baggu shopping bags. Really, are they just incompetent, or worse fraduelent. In all my internet shopping, I've never had such a bad experience.
Pretty amazing consistently low prices on quality name brand products delivered directly to your door. Quite impressed with the variety available for almost any interest. I hav no reservations about recommending shopping here with confidence.

I purchased a HP EliteBook NC6930p 14.1" Notebook that was listed as Grade A refurbished item. It was not even a grade F. The screen/video card is defective and displays a pink tint to everything that is suppose to be white. The screen also does not latch to the base - the mechanism that does that looks to be bent. When I contacted them they did not handle it other than saying I had to contact another company... their third party distributor. I don't think this should be my responsibility since I purchased from Tanga not this other company. They should have handled my return/complaint.
Shipping was extremely fast but I bought this item as a Christmas gift and the package shows up with HUGE *Microsoft Certified* tape all over the box and the specs of the laptop inside. The person whom I was going to give the laptop to was the one who picked it up off my porch, Had I know that this is the way it would be shipped I would have made other arrangements. Ruined Christmas.
I ordered a couple of blue trim wedding rings for men they are very nice they fit with no problem they arrived very fast and I would order them again.
Tanga "Jake" has been very helpful he has taken care of my return's in a timely manner. I had two items shipped direct from the suppliers and they were the wrong size just a fyi letting folks know that it was not Tangas fault for the returns. Thanks for your help Jake!

I love shoping with Tanga, the products are inexpensive but of great quality. I usually receive my products within 7 days, which is wonderful.
The first few times I ordered from Tanga it was a great experience and the reason why I trusted the site with a large purchase. I purchased two iPhones at 200. Each. They arrived and wouldn't even turn on. I contacted customer service immediately and they responded with I had to contact the company that they bought it from and it was not their responsibility. I contacted FreedomPop and they sent out two more phones... neither one again worked. They refused to refund my money. So I was stuck with four iPhones and out over four hundred dollars from this useless company. Do not trust these people with more than you expect to lose.
I ordered a pair of work gloves for my father. I was informed that their gloves run small. As it is still in the processing stage and Modifying and order IS listed as an option, I merely asked if they could change the size from L to XL, they claimed it shipped and they were unable to do it.
My order still says processing...
