Tanga has done a great job of totally insulating itself from any responsibility to the customer... No phone no responses to your inquiry except a form letter response! Try it yourself and see! After weeks i inundated them with please help requests I got ONE reply from a Ms BELL who after I replied took 3 days to respond and said only RETURN LABEL SENT... apparently they want as little interaction as possible and only concentrate on sales...
Well sorry customer service comes with being in business... Tanga does not think so... So as long as the products are OK... you are good here... but if anything goes wrong? Well lets just say you will quickly find out how they treat that situation... good luck!
My purchase was a gift but will "NOT" arrive on time.
Pointless service they have, I contacted them 2 seconds after I made the order and found out how long the shipping would take.

All items from different orders were packaged properly. All items were as advertised except a keyboard vacuum (neither one of them worked). TANGA not only refunded my money in a timely manner but also gave me additional credit to make up for the disappointment.

Don't try to return an inferior item. They will dock you some of your return cost for no reason at all! There are so many more reputable, kind and good quality items on numerous sites out there. I cannot believe this online sub par shopping site is still in business. I know many who have had a bad experience with Tanga.

Took my order and then cancelled it. Extremely poor customer service, no response and seems like a shady operation. Hope they shut down their spam marketplace.
Products still shows it's available on their website. Shameless people, not sure what they get out of wasting peoples time.
The reason for the cancellation was not listed as well, and just get an email 5 days after order placement that it has been cancelled. Amazon is the way to go for everyone. Yes it monopolizes they market, but they customer service in unbeatable.
They jerks don't even have a customer service number. Time to close shop.
I've tried using Tanga for a few years now. They have good deals. And when there are no problems, it's great. The issue is that there have been frequently problems. Of the 2 items I tried to buy for Christmas, and a couple I bought earlier this year, more than 50% of those orders I have encountered issues with.
The website does not show your new order until you have already received them, so finding the status or info about your orders MUST be done by making sure to save those email confirmations. Overall, it's just a pain to use.
I ordered a makeup bag which was delivered with a shattered mirror and tiny glass particles all inside of the bag( so obviously you cant keep make up in it) it also was very poorly made with threads coming undone right out of the box. I emailed them multiple times with their response being a return label would be sent to me. 2 weeks later I emailed again because I have not received the label and I was then informed they are bankrupt and no returns or refunds are allowed. Lesson learned... they sell junk
You do not provide service after the sale. Wrong items were sent. The efforts I have made to resolve this issue have been answered by an automated response source. The number given for texting is not a phone line allowing conversation with a sales representative.
Hi! I found a great price on a smartphone, and it was delivered a lot faster than they initially quoted. However, I also received another package from them that I did not order. When I tried to contact them about it, I got an impersonal email back that gave general info concerning their return policy, like no one actually read my email.
Tanga is a good site to find great deals on discontinued items. Items come without instructions at times, so you may have a hard time getting something to work. They stand behind their products, so if something doesn't work they'll take care of it.
Cannot get tracking info on recent order... cannot get response to return item for exchange... credit card charge on my end... oh that went through alright... NO PROBLEM there. Do what You say... you are going to do tanga the basic service here... not asking for the blue prints to the space lab. Ya kno>?
Finally received the package today, on Halloween. Talk about cutting it close... I had already gone out yesterday and bought my daughter another costume as the tracking still stated it was in China! The product is nice, good quality. Def a good price as well. Changed my review to a 3 as the shipping situation is crazy. In summary, good item at a good price but took forever to get it. Would not recommend ordering for a specific event unless far in advance. Company could do sonething to streamline shipping or at least be more upfront with customers when they order and say to allow 7 to 10 days for shipping, when its really 2 to 3 weeks.
Ordered Oct. 11th a costume piece for my dtr for Halloween, still have not received the item. It is Oct 27th and it still shows that it is in CHINA. Very dissatisfied, site says to allow 7 to 10 days for shipping, should be more up front on business operations.
Revision, I am very satisfied as I was given a refund from Tanga for this jacket. Thank you.
Saw a very cute Lavender teddy bear jacket. It looked so nice and looked like it would at least be somewhat warm. Well, it arrived yesterday. It was jammed into a 10" plastic wrap. It was light as a feather, my first clue. It was Lavender but it was so thin, no type of lining at all and the cuffs and bottom band is so thin and cheap, no elastic. The zipper doesn't look too sturdy either. Pure junk and a waste of $25. I don't have a computer to print a return label and don't want to pay shipping to return it, so I know I'm stuck with it. First and last time ordering. A picture isn't going to help because it won't show any of the above.
After placing an order I had a few questions. After researching for quite a while I was unable to find a phone number. I even replied to the it came back as FAILED. The customer service page is useless. How I know what kind of company this is and I want to canel my order. After more research I found an email (not really sure it is an email to Tanga), I sent them an email to CANCEL the item and never received any reply.
Do yourself a favor and don't order from this "compant"!
My only criticism has been that they are sometime slow to respond to email questions about products featured. Like "What are the physical dimensions of this product?" Responses often arrive after the offer is sold out or over. On the other hand they generally resolve existing order issues promptly. With the great volume of products offered they generally do a good job and seem to stand behind the product purchased.
Update: Have stopped doing business with them because of items sent not as ordered and not as described. Too lengthy of a refund process which required multiple contacts. Maybe growth pains but who needs the hassle?
I've found some excellent deals from Tanga, particularly on technology that I need. They are helpful and friendly when contacted. However, I get a *lot* of offers from them, which might be overwhelming. Still, my favorite online service for "here's something cheap that we're clearing out".

Answer: If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
