Tanga has been an outstanding shopping site for me to pick up the items I want or need at a great price. Shipping costs are reasonable (and sometimes free) and the product arrives in a timely manner.
The customer service is fantastic. I had one small issue and they responded quickly and made me feel that my issue was important to them.

Have received far better customer service, and shipping times with every other online retailer I've dealt with. This will be my first, and very last order I place with them, and will warn everyone I know about my Terrible Tanga Experience."
Rough in the beginning. Shipments took too long. Had one item break after a couple months of use, and another one was not as pictured. But overall definitely worth it for the prices and the service is getting much better.
Ordered product in mid-May, never received it, I checked on it, was notified I would not get my product nor a refund.! Yet, they are still taking orders while in bankruptcy. Terrible, slimy business practice! Stay away from these thieves!
Been ordering from Tanga for about a year and a half and they've never let me down. All items have been received as described and at decent prices.
A little slow on delivery and sometimes annoying shipping charges (but not really unfair). Would like faster delivery and have shipping costs included in item's price, or at least indicate shipping costs with the price (rather than only in cart... and even then, shipping costs are not itemized... very annoying!). Also, item description could be more detailed in many instances.
Tanga's reliability and honesty has been exceptional!

Great website. Items were shipped out super fast -although they said it may take weeks to get my orders I got them in about a week. The green amethyst ring I got was very pretty, nice big stone and pretty setting, just as pictured and I like that it came in a size 4.5 which is my left hand ring finger size and very hard to get on any other sites. Worth the price for sure. I already got a coupon toward my next order and more offers are coming all the time. A really great company to deal with and I like that it is a relatively small company. Highly recommended.
I've placed three orders so far with Tanga. I purchased a refurbished Apple iMac, two refurbished iPad mini's and water bottles. In each case the products shipped promptly, arrived earlier or on the day promised and met the description perfectly. It's nice dealing with a company that makes it easy to deal with them and delivers what they promise. I highly recommend Tanga!
I love Tanga! It is a small company which puts customer service first. They have great deals, and the more you buy, the more you save! After making a certain number of purchases you can become a Tanga VIP and get even more discounts, plus they send you coupon codes. Shipping is a little slower than for some other sites, but they tell you that. It's part of what helps them get you the lowest possible price. Plus, their customer service is very friendly. They accepted a return of something I bought which didn't fit me, even though the item itself was neither damaged nor defective. They do all of the little things right. Their emails are fun and quirky, their prices are awesome, and they have excellent customer service. Can't beat it.
Not only are the prices great but the customer service exceeded my expectations. They took care of me when it was my fault my order was wrong, and I was totally blown away by their response that I immediately logged on and purchased more items knowing I was in good hands. A company that was willing to lose a long term customer over acceptance of a 10% coupon offered on "your next order" as an accommodation for a botched order. When applied, customer service JODI repeatedly replied "but not on that item" It's already at the lowest price we can offer.
Multiple emails yielded no results. Guess how much the 10% was worth? $2.95.
I don't have to do business with a company that has no regard for a customer that has spend $100's with them over the last 3 or 4 years, and is willing to lose a customer over less than three dollars...
A lot of great deals there - highly recommend! Not 5 yet because couple of deals ostensibly looked great until selecting larger size (ex. Dog bed). Sometimes not enough info about product or shipping provided. Back orders are not communicated property. Otherwise, I'm very happy!
I can get great buys from Tanga that I can't get locally. Many of the items ship free, (watch for free shipping.) The only down side is that Tanga doesn't include an invoice when you receive your package, otherwise I'm very happy with all purchases! Also there is easy return and exchange!
I've ordered 3 things so far from the website. 1 order was correct, 1 order the cables didn't work but I received a refund and a 15% off coupon (new items are on the way), and one order was the wrong product all together, but I have no doubt that their customer service team will take care of everything. So even through some difficulties, I'd still recommend and re-use based on my contact so far and the price of the website. Mistakes are bound to happen, but it's the people who help you that keeps you coming back for more.
Stay away! Terrible customer service! Do not use! I will never again! Its hard for me that any company would treat customers with poor service and expect a good review! I even reached out to the president and did not get a response! That should say it all!
I have ordered many items from Tanga in the past and will never order from this company again. Their customer service is horrible and they do not care what a customer has to say. They lost my business 100%
I am an avid online shopper - been doing it for a long time, and I find that Tanga is a refreshing place to shop. Not only are the prices very low, the selection rivals some of the giants. The biggest difference is the response from Customer Service - they answer your questions quickly and in your favor. I look forward to many happy shopping experiences.

I have bought several items from this website and have found that the quality of product is very poor. I purchased 3 sets of luxury sheets and within 6 months they were piling terribly and wearing thin in areas. I tried to work with Tanga, but they do not stand behind their products and indicated that the return was outside their policy period. They would not rectify the situation. I also purchase a phone charging cord that stopped working after only 4 months of purchase. I did not bother to contact Tanga on this issue due to my previous experience. Very poor quality products.
I ordered a pair of work gloves for my father. I was informed that their gloves run small. As it is still in the processing stage and Modifying and order IS listed as an option, I merely asked if they could change the size from L to XL, they claimed it shipped and they were unable to do it.
My order still says processing...
First time customer, don't plan on doing business with ever again. Not if they have to lie to me.
The item ended up never arriving at my house and Tanga sent me a refund.
Tanga.Com has converted me... I used to ship on sites like Groupon, ebay and many more... now I seem to have more receipts from Tanga... thank you Tanga team for putting your heart into building and supporting the site which has become my new online shopping destination...
Still waiting for over a month for my one and only purchase. Of course they do not list a phone number, too afraid to be contacted. Get flippant responses to my "where's my stuff" email... that in of itself is flippant. Keep getting the runaround as to when it will be shipped. Never purchasing from them again!
