I ordered 3 cases of Celcius drinks from this company as I can NOT get the flavors they offered in my town. Shipping was extremely slow and when I got my product it was damaged. Drinks were broke open and my box was soaked. However I was willing to let that be ignored as temperatures in my area were freezing BUT then I had only received 2 of my cases. I emailed the company about this and days go by and finally an email back telling me they have my drink on back order but then she proceeded to say they get shipments in daily and weekly from the vendors and my order will be here once they receive it and here we are at the one month point and I have not received my product! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!

Short and simple - read all of the horrendous reviews online, the 100s of complaints on the BBB.org website, and then, if you really still want to part with your money for nothing in return... Their website has a phone number that doesn't work ("no longer in service"), first clue there's a problem. I am in the process of getting a refund now, after just two days of dodgy dealings and happening onto the negative reviews.
If you've had the bad luck of already ordering from them, and the further bad luck of no or slow response, here's a tip: go to their website, click on "About Us", make note of the CEO's name, and then google it. I found his cell # and land line via FastPeopleSearch dot com, and left messages on both numbers, letting them know of my intent to file a complaint with the NY State Attorney General, the FTC and the BBB. I received an email within an hour from "Ram Distributors", their supposed other company (don't order from them either!), then received two follow up phone calls, and an immediate refund. Good luck, and shame on the scammers that rob and waste our time.

Google the reviews for this company before you do any business with them.
I am alerting all of my 5700 clients as to this company and its shipping and contact policies.

Went through all the trouble to create an account to order from TalDepot. They sent a tracking number the next day and took the money from my PayPal account as well and then NOTHING. They sent me this "canned" response... Thank you for your order from Taldepot! We wanted to let you know that your order (TAL-XXXXXX) has a tracking number.
Your shipment will be in transit very soon via FedEx, FedEx Home Delivery®.
FedEx shows a label was created but nothing else after 10 days. Tried to contact company twice no response. Checked my order on their website and it shows "COMPLETED"... WHAT?
Sent 2 emails through PayPal and responses were (canned) sorry your order is on its way.
Then after 16 days 1/2 of the order arrives with no explanation as to where the rest is.
Tried calling the number listed from PayPal 3 choices available Sales, no one is there order info no one even answers. Cant get through to anyone. Emails take 2 days for a canned response with the same info.
They are playing some kind of game with shipping and handling I think they are selling products they dont have hoping to fill the order after your money is in their coffers.

Kind of glad I used PayPal will contact PayPal to get money back.
Buyer Beware... DON'T USE THIS COMPANY... unless you want grief.
