Terrible company
August 30, 2018

I ordered 4 cases of a beverage, and TalDepot sent me 3 cases. I was unable to get a response from anyone by email, ticketing system, or phone. After 3 weeks I had to open a PayPal dispute and wait 10 days for PayPal to force them to give my money back for the missing case. Very disappointed. I would suggest you buy your beverages elsewhere.

I ordered 5 cases of water, got a track number that did not show anything activity. After waiting a week, I wrote to them and nobody answered. Today I finally got half of the order, call three times, the company makes you wait forever and then nobody picks up the phone, t they made you leave a message that nobody calls back, it is obviously a scam, be careful, do not be lured by the prices, you will not get what you ordered.

This is by FAR the worst company I've ever dealt with. I contacted them 8 days after I ordered, having received no shipping confirmation or delivery. Another 24 hours later I'm told they're still waiting for an answer from warehouse. This should have been resolved today with an explanation and a shipped order, sent overnight, with an apology at a minimum, but I'd have sent the order at no charge if I were running the company. I've cancelled the order. No excuse not to have an answer from them 9 full days after placing order!

Ordered 4 items, almost a month later they have managed to ship one. Oh and don't bother trying to get response out of them. Up to 5 inquiries, no help at all email or phone doesn't mater. BUYER BEWARE!

Lame shipping speeds
December 14, 2017

The first order was great four days all the way from NY to OR. The second order was meh, week and a half. Third order - never going back its been two weeks since I placed my order (same thing I got the other two times) and they just 'made the label' two days ago but it still hasn't actually got any movement on the fedex tracking. Oh and they took the money out the day I ordered.

We ordered a case of Dr. Brown's Cel-Ray soda which we cannot get where we live. They had the best price on the Internet. After the order was placed, we were updated on the shipment and it arrived within about a week. Also, the shipping was free! Yay! I will definitely order from them again.

They take good care of you

Ordered a couple of large boxes of beverages and FedEx beat the packages to pieces. The order arrived half destroyed, but Tal Depot immediately sent out replacements. Nice to work with a company that handles customer concerns so quickly and seamlessly.

Complaints get results
January 17, 2019

Like many others, I placed an order without reading reviews and became alarmed when I received no shipping notice. I quickly contacted customer service and when I expressed my intent to contact paypal as well (about 3 emails in) they DID send a shipping notice and got my order to me within the week. However, the whole experience took over 3 weeks. I would not order again.

Ordered some Arizona cucumber tea which no one else seems to have at a reasonable price, so once i saw it here... I went in. After a week after checking my order at FedEx, I saw it was in the same place from the day I ordered... Once I contacted TalDepot, they got right on it, and I had my tea within two days... I guess since they are doing business on a large scale, these things happen, but if they see an issue, it's good to know they work quickly to resolve it

Never had an issue

I've ordered from them at least five times. I always get the same thing, Monster Khaos, and it usually shows up the next week. For the weight I have no complaints for it to take 5-6 days for free shipping. I've never had any issue.

Same experience. Took my money. Never delivered product. Only email received said oi rder has tracking number and will be shipped soon. No replies to many emails. Girl answering phone said she couldnt cancel the order.

Like many other already said here.
STAY AWAY from tal depot.

They email me with $10 off code which later told me it expired last year. I placed order anyway because I already setup my account and items already in cart.

Then the scam began.

Ordered on 8/3/18. Received a tracking # with label printed status on 8/4/18 ETA 8/9/18. No package on 8/9/18 check tracking still at label printed nothing shipped. Call customer service got recording "no one can help you to contact through email". Multiple emails only got we will investigate your order. There is no live person that I can find from this scamming company.

I filed a report to FTC and Internet Crime Complaint Center IC3.gov.
I also filed report PayPal and FedEx of tal depot generates fake tracking number in order to receive payment.

Pllaced my order on 10/24 thinking it would probably arrive by my daughter's birthday on 11/07. Didn't arrive in two weeks. Unreal. So I try calling them and their phone gives a busy signal all day long. Terrible customer service. This company is a joke. Just another lame online middleman. Stay away. You've been warned.

This is the worst customer service ever. I've contacted them numerous times by email and I'm going to call tomorrow during their Limited hours, limited for the West Coast. I placed a large order, $149, and I still haven't received almost 1/2 of the order. Although if I log into my account it says it was delivered. I will never use this company again, but I would like my money back or the product that was promised on September 30th. Why it is taking over 3 weeks to send bottled drinks through the mail I do not understand. But do not believe their website which talks about how wonderful their customer services, because it's not. They keep sending me surveys which I'm not able to take either online or buy desktop, due to some kind of a glitch in their outgoing email. Just another epic fail by this company. Let the buyer beware.

Yes as the other reviews here states they are slow to deliver compared to Amazon, and slow to respond to problems but they do respond. I have ordered from them 8 different orders and they have messed up a couple and refunded me others that weren't in stock or discontinued. But the end all give all is you can't get many of these products anywhere including Amazon for anywhere near the prices of Taldepot. So if you understand going in, that it might take a month from the time you order to receive your items, then you'll be pleasantly surprised when it shows up in a couple weeks or three.

I have placed a couple of orders from them. They were very slow to ship. And on the last one, it never shipped, even though they marked it complete. It took forever to get a response about it. I'm still waiting on my refund.

Avoid Tal Depot
September 19, 2018

I ordered about $60 in stuff and I haven't received any email, any package, etc. I have called customer service twice and sent two emails with no response. The "customer service" (big eye roll) rep said she couldn't help but would contact the warehouse to see what was going on and they would call me. Twice this happened and not one returned call. I also emailed twice and have no gotten anything back. I would avoid like the plaque.
