Yes as the other reviews here states they are slow to deliver compared to Amazon, and slow to respond to problems but they do respond. I have ordered from them 8 different orders and they have messed up a couple and refunded me others that weren't in stock or discontinued. But the end all give all is you can't get many of these products anywhere including Amazon for anywhere near the prices of Taldepot. So if you understand going in, that it might take a month from the time you order to receive your items, then you'll be pleasantly surprised when it shows up in a couple weeks or three.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Short and simple - read all of the horrendous reviews online, the 100s of complaints on the BBB.org website, and then, if you really still want to part with your money for nothing in return... Their website has a phone number that doesn't work ("no longer in service"), first clue there's a problem. I am in the process of getting a refund now, after just two days of dodgy dealings and happening onto the negative reviews.
If you've had the bad luck of already ordering from them, and the further bad luck of no or slow response, here's a tip: go to their website, click on "About Us", make note of the CEO's name, and then google it. I found his cell # and land line via FastPeopleSearch dot com, and left messages on both numbers, letting them know of my intent to file a complaint with the NY State Attorney General, the FTC and the BBB. I received an email within an hour from "Ram Distributors", their supposed other company (don't order from them either!), then received two follow up phone calls, and an immediate refund. Good luck, and shame on the scammers that rob and waste our time.

Scam

I ordered a 12 pack of fruit snacks. After a week of waiting to get the email with shipping info, I called but no matter the time of day, it always went to voicemail stating they weren't open. I finally looked up reviews and realized it was a scam, so I emailed quickly to try and cancel my order. The only good thing I have to say is that they canceled and refunded my order within a week.

STAY AWAY!

I placed an order the first week of October. Two weeks later I had not received anything. I reached out via email to track the status of my order. I was told it was shipped and expected to receive the order in about a week. Of course after two more weeks, I received nothing and asked for a refund. It is now almost two months and I have not received any product or a refund. This is a disgusting way to run a company. I hope these reviews stop others from ordering from this company.

THIS COMPANY IS BEYOND HORRIBLE! Took almost a week to even get an update on my order. Then only after I contacted them did they reply via email and told me that the order was processed and shipped and that I would receive it by 11/21/18 end of day. They even provided me with a UPS Tracking number. Tracking number always showed label created, but no shipping information. Sent another email inquiring about this and am now told that item is unavailable and never shipped as it is on backorder. How nice, considering I planned to use this for a Holiday Desert on Thanksgiving! Would NEVER use this company ever again, and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. STAY AWAY.

I ordered soda from them and they never delivered the item. At first this guy Ian tells me this he will look in to this "unusual" situation. At the time I didn't realize this was their script. I finally contacted PayPal and they put in an investigation. The person I spoke with at PayPal said that they have had numerous complaints. I then contacted the company again I told them the conversation I had with PayPal. This lady Lois emails me back at like 12:53AM. I guess I finally got their attention at Tal Depot. Lol. Lois did give me a refund but, this was after three weeks of arguing with them. This company is a SCAM COMPANY! Do not order anything from them!

Absolutely, and unconditionally, please believe the hundreds and hundreds of bad reviews posted about this scam of a company, because each and every one of them is the truth!

This has to be the worst online order I have ever experienced. Taldepot has some of the worst customer service of any company along with the fact you never get your orders but get charged for the order. Buyer beware ordering from this place, the deals sound good but the product never comes as advertised. How this company is still in business with the worst service boggles my mind.

Scammers and Liars

I ordered on October 31 24 cans of 12 oz polar orange dry. I needed enough for free shipping so ordered 42 10z Heinz potato chips. Five days later the box comes with only the chips. Not even one single can of soda. I wrote to them and submitted. Someone replied right away and said this never normally happens. As I am reading this reviewwbich I should have read before I ordered it looks like this scam always happens. I told the company person if they have the soda ready on stock I would take that over a refund and she promised to send it right away. Three days later... Nothing! My account too doesn't show anything has been shipped. How can anyone live with themselves stealing money from people like this, in my case $14 for the soda which I may never see. These shady dealing are going to come back to haunt everyone who participated. Guess what you want $14 tell us I would gladly give you don't scheme and scam and rob the money... SCAMMERS!

Pllaced my order on 10/24 thinking it would probably arrive by my daughter's birthday on 11/07. Didn't arrive in two weeks. Unreal. So I try calling them and their phone gives a busy signal all day long. Terrible customer service. This company is a joke. Just another lame online middleman. Stay away. You've been warned.

I've ordered from them at least five times. I always get the same thing, Monster Khaos, and it usually shows up the next week. For the weight I have no complaints for it to take 5-6 days for free shipping. I've never had any issue.

Purchased around $250 worth of items, and the status for my order said it would be delivered in 5 days. Totally reasonable. 12 days later, UPS still hadnt received the items to ship, so I contacted customer service. After almost a month of back and forth, they finally cancelled the order. BUY ELSEWHERE! It's not worth the hassle and frustration

This is the worst customer service ever. I've contacted them numerous times by email and I'm going to call tomorrow during their Limited hours, limited for the West Coast. I placed a large order, $149, and I still haven't received almost 1/2 of the order. Although if I log into my account it says it was delivered. I will never use this company again, but I would like my money back or the product that was promised on September 30th. Why it is taking over 3 weeks to send bottled drinks through the mail I do not understand. But do not believe their website which talks about how wonderful their customer services, because it's not. They keep sending me surveys which I'm not able to take either online or buy desktop, due to some kind of a glitch in their outgoing email. Just another epic fail by this company. Let the buyer beware.
