They charge you a PRO fee and that too for extremely limited restaurants and on top of it, you have to buy a minimum of 30-40dhs worth of food to ACTIVATE the Pro status on each of these limited restaurants! If you don't do that, you pay for delivery, you pay their service fee and you pay their small order fee, all this when youre already a PRO member. What!
Worst ever service! Should try to order from the restaurant directly. Never go through Talabat. Horrible experience! Ordered food at 7.50 pm and it was dispatched by the restaurant immediately but the Takabat guy hasn't come here till now that is 9.33 pm. All of us are hungry and waiting. Kids are crying. Ridiculous!
The worst customer sevrice. You complain about an incorrect item and they will say, "Thank you for letting us know, it wont happen again" seriously! BAD APP! They will replace the item without your permission and charge you for it! RIDICULOUS!

I ordered food today from talabat. I received food in a mess and cannot be eaten. Such a waste of money.Customer service can't understand english and didn't know what is customer service.

My order is only 135 aed I make it COD I paid 208! And ask for customer chat telling me blah blah I called already to the restaurant it will be solved but it took time and I called the restaurant I ask if somebody from talabat called and they said no! In addition I had an order theu talabat mart but ther are missing items the rider didnt inform I paid whole bill clearly they are stealing money from their customers. People of UAE becareful PLEASE BECAREFUL WITH TALABAT THEY ARE SCAM!
Since the service hand over to Talabat the delivery time takes more and so many restusrant using their driver not talabat so why am using talabat I will use directly the resturant
They do not resolve any issues no customer support at all.asking refund means they will hang up on you.
Noon food is a lot better if order delay they fully refund.
Talabat had issued a voucher of AED 30 against a minimum purchase of AED 50 and the validity of the voucher mentioned was until 30th April 2023. While trying to purchase on 30th April 2023 I.e. Today morning for items worth AED 63.62, the voucher was not accepted and read voucher expired while checking out to complete the purchase.To my surprise when addressed my concern to Talabat customer care they mentioned that the voucher was valid for purchase before 30th April and not on 30th April.
Had very sad experience today, I haven't received my order but they have changed me and said order is delivered to me by his rider, not showing atleast minimum responsibilities to ensure customer values

Funds were withdrawn from my account several times or blocked 1JD, on the basis that they were unlockable and were not recovered or unblocked.
The bank was contacted and I was informed that the amount was withdrawn, and it is when creating an account on their APP 1JD for bank account check or something like that
An order was made through their app for an amount of approximately 5 or 6 JD, which is not the large amount, and i was informed through their app that the payment process failed, and the bank informed me that the withdrawal process was completed successfully, and I contacted them on 26.27.03.2023, and they informed me that yes, the amount was withdrawn for the amount.
The amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days, and until this moment, nothing has been refunded. Each time they just say we escalated.
Also, the prices on their app are much times higher than the prices of the restaurant or any shops, so I recommend using another application for orders.
Worst company service. Had many issues we couldn't contact them to solve it because they don't have customer service. Many times order comes misplaced. 2 times driver didn't come, not well trained to reach the locations. I removed my account because it's not as expected. There's many other companies in dubai more professional then them.
Most awful delivery service. Long waiting time and always cold food. Do not recommend it at all, if u have alternative delivery option - use any but not talabat.
If you live in an apartment and are fortunate enough to have private parking near the front door talabat drivers will be in it all day long as they make deliveries to your building. I found two motorcycles parked in my parking when coming home want to just park my car and relax. Every single day, if my spot is open, drivers are using it. If I complain they say "it is just for a moment". Well ALL MOMENTS ADD UP BY 1000X with the amount of deliveries.
The failure for Talabat to control their delivery personnel is a company failure.
This company is misleading and loath to resolve issues. It does not pay its drivers well nor does it address incorrect meal orders, rather they argue with you. Very, very poor service and App
Never place your card on their site. Yesterday, they charged my card. I do not know for what. I did not order and i did not receive anything in return. They do not have a number to call which extremely bad. No way to complain in their APP.

More than 7 people came to the delivery, having come into the office they sorted out half of the chocolates for our customers! Without asking! Very bad service!
