So I was in the office and my friends orderd food from the same restaurant I ordered from and the delivery guy was the same guy who's going to give me my food but cz he's very smart he left my food down and brought my friends food and then went down to bring change for an an other order and didn't come till he was late for 30mins more and the costumer service was just lying and after he gave me my food the Pepsi was damage the bag for my food was damaged also from water and I sent him the picture after all that he said omg is there any happen to your food to make complaints I swear this is the last time and I'm deleting this app Careem and noon are more pro than them

My terrible experience

I made an order in Qatar today through Talabat 20:59 Verification

I received the order 10:25pm, The driver doesn't even bother to call me. I have to trees the order from the food chain that I ordered from then they contact talabat. The food is so cold as if it was made many hours ago. Horrible experience.

After being delivered the totally wrong order the nightmare starts. Talabat delivery rider blames restaurant, restaurant blames delivery rider and around in loops we go! Talabat website says use live chat to raise complaint. There is no live chat facility or phone number available to customers! Talabat now deleted.

Ordered food from Hardees, outbof 4 items only one was delivery. When we asked for balance items, asked to reorder and pay again for delivery.

Pathetic attitude, trying to Rob the customer and making us pay twice for delivery one order. Cheap money making tactic

Talabat is one of the lowest class services you can experience in Dubai! Delivery with 3 hours delay, Drivers take your money never come back with change, Customer Service absolutely worst quality chatgpt answers no real help!
Skip this horrible experience - Go to Careem and thank me later!

I order something from Talabat app, later on I checked the price of same item on company's website and found different pricing. It has happened with me before as well. To sum up, Talabat has changed the pricing of items on their app so they are selling items with increased pricing and also charging delivery charges. STOP ORDERING VIA TALABAT

I had countless experiences with riders not finding the address, stressing me on WhatsApp, ordering me to provide location, calling, or even marking the order as delivered when I was not.
Despite my numerous complains Not gibt changes, all is bla, bla, bla.

I don't experience similar problems with INSTASHOP, Kibsons or Carrefour.
Their riders are extremely professional, don't call or bother you on WhatsApp, just find the location and deliver.

Very bad service. This says a lot about the management!

The app is constantly having issues, orders are being delayed. Also, they have a rule for drivers not to knock the door. Having a baby my phone is always on silent. They cancelled my order because I didn't answer the phone call, but i was at home waiting for it. I understand many customers have frustration with ringing the bell, as I do. However, if customer don't answer the phone, knock the door gently, if no one opens, then cancel the order! You must change this rule urgently!

I placed an order through talabat but there was an item missing when delivered, when I asked the delivery guy about it he said I don't know sir.
I called the restaurant and guess what?! The dispatcher told me that sometimes the delivery guys eat the food, ain't that embarrassing!
Even if the money was refunded but they ruined my lunch as I ordered it for a reason not to refund it

Money Issue

This is to raised my biggest concern that I ordered through Oncost with 6 items. However, without my notice NO ONE notified that 1 item is not available and it was cash payment. When the driver came I paid him right away with the additional tip. Later on when I was ready to eat I found out that 1 item is missing so I immediately chat the customer care and he mentioned that I was not charged for it which I literally mentioned that I paid as per my receipt order and I paid it to the delivery driver and I called the driver he said he will come back and waited whole night but he did not come back. So the agent said that my issue is done coz I was not charge anyway. So I raised a help in the application and got an email from MUHAMMAD ARSALAN saying the driver will come and return the money and they resolved my case without receiving my money. I raise again another report and I got an email from SALMAN SHABAZ saying that they I will received a call within 12 hrs. After 48 hours they resolved again my case without returning my money. What kind of Customer Care Team if you do not have the integrity to ensure this issue will not get escalated especially if it is a very sensitive matter. This is very disappointing!

Cooold meal always

Whatever restaurant you order from, fancy or normal, nearby or far away, you get cold food. Coz multi pick up they do, despite you pay for delivery and many tips you pay, but still you will get cold meal! Sometimes missed items, some times wrong items! For me missed, or wrong item is a noooo problem if you compare it with the food temperature! This is just not acceptable!

THIS IS THE WORST ZOMATO IS WAY BETTER. THIS APP DOESN'T EVEN ALLOW LOW REVIEWS TO BE POSTED. DISCOUNT IS MEAGER. SO MANY RESTAURANT CANNOT BE FOUND. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. I RECEIVED A VERY OLD CINNABON AND I COULDNT EVEN ACCESS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Talabat has the worst customer service ever. The past 3 or 4 orders I have made through them the order was more than 30 minutes late than the time originally provided. They couldnt care less. Nothing was done at all about the delay. Also, one time I was promised a refund to a product due to quality issues. Despite the fact that the promise was made through an email, they never provided the refund and each time I tried to reach them for it they just ignored my request. I will be DELETING THE TALABAT APP and will never use it again. Time to move on to another provider that understnacds the meaning of customer service!
