I recently switched from T-Mobil to Xfinity, When I canceled my service I thought I was cancelling my phones and I pads, apparently they only cancelled my phones. I received a bill saying I owed $120.60
I explained that there was no usage on the I pads and that the bill showed that, They DIDN'T CARE!
The supervisor was rude and not willing to work with me. The people at the stores agreed with me that this was not right. I didn't leave T-Mobil in the beginning because I didn't like their service, I simply got a better price with a bundle going with Xfinity. If I didn't like Xfinity I would have gone back to T-Mobil but not anymore. I will be telling all my friends and family about this. I am in customer service and this treatment was unacceptable!
Tried to push the crappiest phone on me as though they are emptying stock... also tried pushing the most expensive plan on me no matter how clearly I requested the basics!

We switched to T-Mobile in July 2022 and we are so happy we did. When we have a question we just go to the store and the people there answer it without issue. The phones are issue free, the data works great, we are able to share pictures of our grandchildren easily. The texting is super easy, and we will never use any other service for our cell phones.
I have not received text messages for over 5 days on my samsung s21 ultra 5. TMOBILE, LIES about getting help of a new phone, they will get you another phone for another monthly payment as you still pay on the phone that doesn't work. I have been with them for over 7 yrs, i will be changing. I have spent over 24 hours trying to figure out why phone won't work and tmobile with samsung have no answers, but I am not the only one not to receive text messages. If you google the phone you will see the thousands of people who have this issue and yet neither parties will admit to the issue. REALLY? AFTER ALL THE LIES TMOBILE C/S TOLD ME, I WILL BE GOING TO ANOTHER CARRIER... THEY ARE JUST ABOUT MONEY!
I haven't received my phone yet, and already I have had the worst experience EVER! I did the online question-air and was presented with a 92% match of a phone and plan. HAHAHA. I answered the basics every-time it was offered and t-mbile still tried to stick me with a 160$ a month plan... so I manually went in and adjusted my needs down to a 40$ a month plan + the 7 insurance and $4 a month for 24 months for the phone they say was such a great match for me! Without being able to speak with anyone or log in to an account- I was being 'stuck' with the worst rated POS phone on the market! Not only did they disregard my needs for the basics plan and try to hook me with a plan 3-4 times more expensive than I needed... they tried to pawn off the worst phone available! When I contacted customer 'care' (because they do NOT care) they tried to trick me several times in admitting that i chose the phone- but i DID NOT choose it, the site chose it for me and sold it via BS Propaganda as a 92% match oh wow spectacular given all the choices! One minute the client relations provider said there is no tracking # so allow me to cancel it- then after several minutes of hold she returned telling that canceling is no longer and option and that it now does have tracking... wow, how convenient for them! SO after i have a PTSD triggered break down - They say they can actually cancel it- but ill need it to still be shipped to me, then they will send me a return envelope so I can ship it back... even though it has NOT SHIPPED YET! Waste of Money, Waste on our Environment Idiotic waste of time, energy, effort... Inconvenience for all - ALL concerned! Yes, they took $24 from me on the order to initiate it... but how much are they spending to ship and return something that hasn't been shipped out as of yet? Just to get the numbers! Hey Corporate Conglomerate, way to ruin it!
Ok why I give them one star. I am a struggling senior. Prices are high on everything so when I started out to lower my bills I called T-Mobile. I was told I could get better service for $15 versus the $35 I am now paying $70 for me and my wife.on the so-called senior plan. I find out from a friend I can get the same service with more data for $15. So I call T-Mobile and ask them about that plan. I talked to 3 different T-Mobile employees on different levels from Nashville to Cincinnati. I asked about the $15 plan my friend told me about and they all acted confused and told me there is no such plan. Then today I read about it online. $15 for prepaid for 3GBs and unlimited text and phone. I called my local T-Mobile store and they acted like they had never heard of it. Then when I told them I'm looking at it right now online the guy says oh you mean our prepaid plan for $15. So there's prepaid and post paid. I assumed I was already paying up front. Tricky tricky. On the senior plan for two people I was getting 5 GBs to share with my wife. Now I'm going to get 3GBs to myself. And she will g we the same. Shame on T-Mobile for being deceptive with senior citizens. I was never offered prepaid service. I hate deception but now that I know what's going on I am staying with T-Mobile since I never have problems with the actual service. So T-Mobile gets one star from me until I'm happy again.
The worst service I've ever had. Literally switched back within 3 days. HATED everything. They lied one lie after another. Saying oh yes mam, take all your equipment to a store and they'll allow you to return all of it. BS. They did not. They had to call Tmobile - took nearly an hour and they produced a label for ME to return it. After they said they could not send ME a label. AWFUL.

After using cell services for more than 20 years, T-Mobile is the absolute worst. Any call company anywhere in the world provides better coverage than them. Sprint was bad amd came with its benefits, however; T-Mobile is absolutely worthless. Waste your money with some other, any other, carrier.

I am paying for insurance and the insurance department doesn't want to help. Most reps at T-Mobile aren't knowledgeable about their own services. Been a customer for over 2 years, I think is time to move on. Please, rethink before joining T-Mobile, they will charm you at the beginning and, once you join, they will not care about your experience with them. Giving them one star is way too much.
I experienced good Cell phone service from this company but after buying my phone at the local T-mobile store, I was billed almost $200 to ask for my phone to be unlocked.
T-mobile does not have a contract with customers, so I was very unhappy to have to pay so much just to get my phone unlocked.

So I decided to add a family member to my account. At the time a customer representative told me that I had earned a free phone. Well my family member could not get good reception so I tried to cancel that line. To my shock the representative told me that now I had to pay for the phone that was given to me free! The first representative that offered me the free phone NEVER told me that the free phone was only free if I kept that new line added to my account. If course they said they were sorry but too bad I now have to pay for the FREE phone!

Been with S since 1996 tried and switched over 2 day of the merge 2019 from trying to port my number to even closing the account 37 trips to the branch 8 days at over 4 hours
1 day with 6 hours still could not close the account or port the old number into a new t mobile line! Yes part of there tricks has to get a new line to keep my old number! Said I'd continue to pay and have the same phone service as sprint fast forward till March. They closed my account...
took me off auto pay and said merge effected. So then it became pure unpleasant problems when they asked to switch sims cards again another battle with tmobile as I never got a clear answer as to who was going to be the carriers still have the sprint sim card and was still on sprint network ran by tmobile. Phone suddenly was slow nor connections not working correctly dropped call. Got a new card and was told not asked
that ill still be on sprint! Donkey honkey jibberish is all I hear from this place called and Got the good ole non customer service agent that is a sales representative also. They all are! Beware cause if you want a supervisor to take over they are that as well. Bill went from 55 to whatever they feel like charging im still under sprints old contract. I've yet to hear back there legal side of the billing. T-Mobile is the worse! I've tried for 2 months to get my name out of T-Mobile database! I Don't have T-Mobile anything and yet they took money from my account, I filed a dispute my money was refunded. I spoke to T-Mobile they assured me all was taken care of. Today, a month later I received a letter in the mail stating my account is delinquent. I DON'T have T-Mobile anything! I've had to reach out to all 3 credit bureaus letting them know to put a fraud alert on my account until T-Mobile removes me from their database. I've tried to no avail to get this matter corrected now I'm filing a complaint against T-Mobile in hopes this will be corrected soon. I've had to deactivate my card because of them. A TOTAL NIGHTMARE! T-Mobile SUCKS!
Make sure you record the original sales rep telling you you have a competely free, all moneys returned gurantee for your "free" 30 day trial (and remember, you have to return the phone they send "free for 30 days" in 20 days or get charged. Because you will return all. Because the service is crap. Keep your Verizon phone for extra 20 bucks.
