DO NOT order from this dishonest company. I had 2 orders I needed to return and checked many times I was fine to do so in the same box. When I received a refund for one, I promptly reached out to make sure they saw both orders. They replied and said yes both orders were there and I'd get two different refunds. Then, a week later said they never got the second one. I am now out $80!
I recommend this site as I prefer buying speedo-style swimwear online rather than get disparaging looks in a store by other people. The prices are reasonable and they carry great brands such as Speedo, Arena, Nike and others. Usually, there is free shipping when you spend 50 dollars or more, great selection!
I ordered a beach cart with "2 day guaranteed delivery" only to be emailed 8 days later that it was out of stock. Really ridiculous. Wish I would have read these reviews before trusting this company. Never again.
Beware people. I don't even recall signing up for their membership program but once they got you, they will keep charging you. Oh sure, you can cancel anytime but you can't get your money back once they've hit you with the renewal fee, even when you let them know right away. What a horrible brand experience over $5.40 they burned me up as a customer and I've been buying from them for years. That's the last $5 you will ever get from me Swim Outlet. I'll make sure everyone knows about it too. Enjoy that $5.40 Swim Outlet. It will cost you so much more in the long run.
I have been ordering from Swim Outlet for a few years. The quality of products are the same as in the store. My only issue is sometimes the size charts and suit sizes are hard to predict and not always accurate to the chart. The other products like swim equipment, caps, goggles etc are excellent. I will continue to be a customer here. I always get my order within 4-6 days but was disappointed in the 2 day shipping, it really should not say 2 days because it honestly always takes 4 days for 2 day shipping every time but even with waiting 4 days its well worth the wait when you look st the savings and quality of products they offer!
I recently purchased some swimsuits and a pair of goggles. They were all good prices. I think they are about the best site out there for swimming equipment and they recently have had a lot of sales. This is good but hate to not get the best price due to a sale that opens up a few days after purchase! Do not purchase the Finis Duo, in general, and not from SwimOutlet. The ones I received from them did not last after three years of excellent care. Finis I found to be overall quite unhelpful.
They do have good prices, but now, to get the best prices, you have to buy an annual membership. Also, when searching for a specific size swim suit, several come up, but when you go to order, many of the sizes are sold out. They need to fix the website so that the search only reveals available products.
Their team rebate program is a nice perk.
I like your website and selection but do not appreciate having to purchase a membership to get the advertised prices (i. E. 30% off Nike). I also think the shipping should be free.
I have been a customer for many years and was also subject to having my credit card hacked because of your website. I got the letter notifying me long after my card was already being used. What a mess!
I have been buying a lot of my swim merchandise on Amazon because of discounts and the price of shipping.

I get it, companies cannot always control shipping. But they can control policy if the shipping standards are not met. Do not offer 2-6 business day shipping, then do nothing on business day 9 and product has not arrived. No statement credit. No future discount. Rep offered future free standard shipping (already free, and this one didnt even come in the standard time listed). Bad policy.
I ordered a size 36 men's jammer which was too small, so I returned it and was told on chat that if I ordered a larger size I would not be charged for the return fee. They also waived the shipping on my larger size. When they received my return they deducted the return label and free shipping on the new one from my refund, so instead of getting 49.00back I got only 38.00 on my card. Then to make matters worse they gave me a store credit instead of returning the reduced credit to my card. I had to protest all this with my card. They are a bad company ethically. Makes me wonder if I can ever use them again.
Just a word of warning, the women's suits run laughably small. I'm a size 8/10 and had to order an XL!...and even THAT is uncomfortable. The company was great at exchanges, but their products are weird.
I don't review too many businesses but after seeing some many negative reviews I thought I'd enter my 2 cents. I own a retail shop in the U.S. Virgin Islands. I have ordered hundreds of items consistently for over 5 years from SwimOutlet. In all this time I can think of only one problem that happened, I was charged a different amount than was listed on the product. I called and they fixed it immediately and went above and beyond giving me an extra $50 credit towards my next order. There items are exactly what are posted, always quality, generally ship same day and I love this company for these reasons. Don't believe the negative hype.
I've been a long time customer of SwimOutlet. Overall, this is a reliable company, that has an amazing selection, and awesome prices. Also, the loyalty program they recently introduced allows me to save even more. They do need to improve some of their size charts though.
Have ordered several items from here, most recently a wetsuit. All items arrived promptly. The price was fine. Once I returned a set of swim flippers and that went painlessly. This is a good place to shop.
Incompetent Business: The 1-Star reviews tell the story. Over a 10-day period with (4) separate representatives, I reached the conclusion that this is an incompetent business operation. My failed purchase was highlighted by poor inventory control, disinclined customer service staff with limited situational awareness or continuity, and an overall unwillingness or inability on the part of the business to take responsibility for its very avoidable failures. Shop a competitor.
Sizing was way off, and it would cost me half the price of the product in shipping to return it!

Lost what could have been a long term customer if they had simply let me exchange for the proper size, not to mention the warnings I will give all my teammates.
I would be very weary of the company falsely advertising products on their website. I recently attempted to purchase what I thought was an FCS JF-1 (surfboard fin) from them and instead received a completely different product that will not fit the FCS 1 fin template. When I contacted to company to address this issue they insisted that they did not falsely advertise the product and would not budge on fixing the issue other than offering me the ability to ship the item back and receive a refund. I do not think the company appreciates their customers time nor even the value of their customers at all based on my experience interacting with them via email and phone calls.
You will be better off shopping somewhere else.
Returns take forever to process, there are no exchanges. You need to purchase the new size and then wait for the return to be credited. I tracked the return (their $4.99 label) and it was delivered over a week ago. When I used Chat to find my return $, I was told that she would do me a one time favor and process the refund today but it would take several days to show up in my account. I think they make their money on the Float. Will not use them again.
I joined the membership but still got charged for return shipping fees, in fact got charged twice because I had to return two items from two different orders. There o way I return them in the same package (that'd make the return crews confused, according to their rep) Compare to most online retails, I don't think I enjoy as much of the experience. I was asked if I'm a robot so many time while browsing the site even after I signed in to my account. Members don't have any advantage of free shipping and free return is most of all ridiculous.
Only when there's a problem can you separate the good from the bad in online shopping. I had a relatively small problem with a purchase and Agnes at SwimOutlet customer service did everything I could ask to rectify it in a very timely manner. No muss No fuss. This place has all your swim/diving needs and knows what customer service really means.

Answer: It sucks. They don't give you a full refund. They deducted $12.00 from my $60.00 shorts. And then they had the odacity to charge me for the return shipping fees! Never again.
