Only when there's a problem can you separate the good from the bad in online shopping. I had a relatively small problem with a purchase and Agnes at SwimOutlet customer service did everything I could ask to rectify it in a very timely manner. No muss No fuss. This place has all your swim/diving needs and knows what customer service really means.
They sent me the wrong size item (by 4 sizes!) And yet, they will not pick it up for a refund- they expect me to drive it over for a return. I understand doing so if I had ordered something and changed my mind, but for something that is their error, it is insane that they won't provide a pickup label or just let me keep the inexpensive item. I will spend almost as much on gas returning it as on the item. Really poor customer service- buyer beware.
I was referred to this site by my step daughters swim coaches. I ordered her a personalized swim parka on Nov.21. Once ordered, the site said 12-15 business days. December 16th I reached out and was told it was too late for the Christmas order and I accepted that as I had it personalized and that takes extra time. However I was told it would be arriving soon. We'll today is February 4th, 2024. Still nothing, just 'order received' on the site. They also received my money without batting an eye. So $83.40 later, I do not recommend this site.

I recently purchased some swimsuits and a pair of goggles. They were all good prices. I think they are about the best site out there for swimming equipment and they recently have had a lot of sales. This is good but hate to not get the best price due to a sale that opens up a few days after purchase! Do not purchase the Finis Duo, in general, and not from SwimOutlet. The ones I received from them did not last after three years of excellent care. Finis I found to be overall quite unhelpful.

I ordered jammers from swimoutlet.com. I used size charts to find the right size (24). The jammers that got delivered was 2-3 sizes smaller than expected even though its size labels had size 24. Then I decided to order a bigger size even though according to size chart it would be way too big for my kid. And when it got delivered it was still too small! To be specific, I ordered size 26. According to swimoutlet's size chart for 26:
- waist: 26"-27.5"
- hip: 32"-33"
My kid's measurements:
- waist: 24"
- hip: 28"
I used our measurements to buy jammers, swim suits and trunks from Amazon quite a few times so I know they work. Considering that swimoutlet charges $5.99 for shipping and $5.99 for return they made me waste $24 for nothing! I usually buy good jammers from Amazon for $20! The only reason I had to buy from this site is that they sell custom branded jammers for my kid's swim team!

Don't do business with swimoutlet.com. They are scammers. Classic bait and switch… wish I would have done some research first, but I trusted the Shop app I was using…

I purchased a pair of Northside Mens Burke 3.0 water shoes on April 1,2023. On June 5,2023 the back strap holder broke, leaving the shoes not wearable. I contacted Swim outlet to see what they could to remedy the isssue. The response was they could give me a10% discount on a new product.
Now I only wore the shoes 5 or 6 times over the course of two months. I surely would have expected them to last longer than two months. They basically look new except the back part that broke.
Rash guard was too small, asked for and exchange. Should have just returned for refund, which would have been been free, but the exchange cost me another $10, and the shipping was slow the first time. Just placed the exchange order today so wondering when it will show up. Will all the shipping horror stories and the additional fees for the exchange, I will not be using them again.

The tech suit that was supposed to arrive on July 13, was finally delivered on 5 days later (the last day of the meet)! I tried calling and chatting with the company numerous times, but didn't receive any help. Instead, I had to order a second tech suit and pay for expedited delivery. Their return fees are too expensive, so I ended up paying for 2 tech suits when I only needed one! Very poor experience with this business.

Do not rely on their shipping days listed online. Add another week to what they claim to ensure that you actually receive the item by the time you need it.

I am shopping for a young teen and two differently shaped 10 year olds. It is a fantastic variety of gear. I find the different sizing for the different models of clothes very difficult to navigate. The prices and variety is outstanding.
They promise 1-2 day air which is an absolute lie. They said my item would ship the same day (ordered at 6am), also a lie. Then, when my item is too late for the meet they offer me 10% off. I don't want a discount, I want the suit I ordered delivered in the timeframe that you promised. What a joke. Horrible horrible service. Don't use them if you need an item in a timely manner. They promise nothing.

As a returning customer, I am very disappointed in the manipulative pricing by SwimOutlet. With Labor Day approaching I received numerous emails from this company about special discounts for the Holiday. Since I had credit with the company from previous return, I decided to take advantage of the Labor Day promotion. As it turned out, I paid more during the Labor Day "sale" than I did at the end of July 2023.
I would recommend carefully scrutinizing the prices while ordering from the SwimOutlet.

I wish I read all of the reviews which I usually do. Bottom line overall terrible in customer service and sizes run very small. Items online pictured as misleading and when I advised them of this there was no effort to rectify the situation as most companies who want to keep customers would do. After a few emails with the Manager Missy Hoth there was no resolution to my issue. I'm not sure how they are still in business. They definitely have lost me as a customer. Check the reviews and buyer be aware of negative customer service experience with high prices.

I have ordered several bathing suits from swim outlet over the past several years as I swim 2 times per week at my local gym. I always order chlorine resistant suits and have been satisfied in the past. A suit typically lasts at minimum 8 months. The suit that I ordered several times was discontinued so I decided to try a Speedo Chlorine resistant ultra back one piece suit. Unfortunately this suit did not live up to my expectations and has faded and stretched out to the point where I need a new suit at 5 months of use 2 times per week. I contacted Swim Outlet and shared my dissatisfaction and was told that I had exceeded their guarantee period of 60 days and they could not grant my request for store credit to purchase a new suit. If a suit is sold as chlorine resistant surely it should last longer than 60 days so their guarantee period makes no sense. To make matters worse they offered me a 10% discount if I wanted to order a new suit. I'm sharing my experience so that others can make an informed purchase in terms of the sub par performance of this suit and the inadequate guarantee period that Swim Outlet offers as well as their poor customer service. I won't be ordering from them going forward.
Purchased an O'neill rash guard. Rash guard broke down after first use. After reaching out to the company I was told that they would not replace the item. I was not requesting it to be replaced, but an offer to make it right, whether that be a discount on a future order, or something else would have been appreciated. Would never purchase from the company again.
DO NOT order from this dishonest company. I had 2 orders I needed to return and checked many times I was fine to do so in the same box. When I received a refund for one, I promptly reached out to make sure they saw both orders. They replied and said yes both orders were there and I'd get two different refunds. Then, a week later said they never got the second one. I am now out $80!
I bought 3 bathing suits initially in a size that should have fit. They were way too small. I then ordered another 2 in a larger size and I can barely get into them. I am unwilling to pay the return fees and am giving them to someone else who might be able to wear them. Buyer beware. Customer service just said, "sorry".

I like your website and selection but do not appreciate having to purchase a membership to get the advertised prices (i. E. 30% off Nike). I also think the shipping should be free.
I have been a customer for many years and was also subject to having my credit card hacked because of your website. I got the letter notifying me long after my card was already being used. What a mess!
I have been buying a lot of my swim merchandise on Amazon because of discounts and the price of shipping.

You know, SwimOutlet has a return policy that is not as easy as most companies I deal with online. I had to drive my return to a FedEx store instead of printing a USPS label and putting it with the mail in my office to avoid a return fee in excess of $5.00. I will be looking for a different place to purchase swim gear after I use my credit.

I ordered $400 worth of swim gear for my daughter for Christmas on November 26th, website said guaranteed delivery before Christmas, delivery dates changed several time and my package has been sitting at the FedEx location in Salt Lake City for 4 days I call customer service and they tell me my daughter Christmas present won't show up until December 27th, after Christmas and a month after ordering. SwimOutlet sucks I will never purchase anything from here again!
Just a word of warning, the women's suits run laughably small. I'm a size 8/10 and had to order an XL!...and even THAT is uncomfortable. The company was great at exchanges, but their products are weird.
I recently purchased my 2nd swim parka from SwimOutlet.com. I tried it on while the tags were still on and it fit fine for me. After swimming, however, I discovered that when wet, I could not get my arms to slide into the arms of the jacket due to the ticking material, whose nature was such that it almost became sticky when met with wet skin. I chatted with so-called "customer service" on their site and they basically said that since it was "used" they wouldn't let me return it. I explained I was unhappy because I couldn't have known about the problem until I used it. I used the analogy that it's like saying I should have known the milk was spoiled before I bought it. The customer service agent then gave me the most passive-aggressive response I've ever encountered in a chat... she simply said "understood." And then silence. You can take what you will from my story. I'm personally not shopping there anymore.
I wear L/XL, tankini was supposed to be XL. Way small not just a little small, $4.99 to return it. Shop elsewhere for bathing suits.

Ordered a suit online. Huge mistake. 1. Took forever to arrive. 2. Impossible to buy a swimsuit this way without trying on. 3. Returned. 4. Customer service is infutriating, took forever and four attempts to get a PARTIAL refund. The company deducts a non refundable fee of 5.99 for returns and another 6.99 for postage back. Don't do business with this company unless you don't mind being ripped off.
Wrong sizes, wrong colors and ABSOLUTELY no way to contact the company. No response from live chat, phone calls, text or emails. Customer service is way under par. I wouldn't recommend you spend a penny here.

Ordered a swimskirt. It was a skirt with no bottom inside. How are you supposed to swim without a bottom. When i went to return they took half of it off. Ridiculous. NEVER SHOP HERE EVER!
