I work in e commerce. If we were to EVER publish the wrong price we would have to honor that price. Instead I got a phone call and asked if I wanted a refund. I said no, I wanted the swimsuit that I ordered for the price on the website. They told me it was their policy not to honor price on website and she would email me that policy. Guess what? I haven't gotten it emailed to me.
Disappointing, and terrible customer service.
I waited 2 weeks and checks the update of the shipping, nothing updated on the shipping. I have to contact the website regards to the shipping. And it got shipped after the complaint. So for 2 weeks, i was just wasting time on checking the update of the shipping!
Good deals but size charts are all wrong- return policy is clear but the time for returning your funds is too long. Also there is no exchange policy- just return and rebuy- I agree shady- but will try to return and then see about the refund.
You get what you pay for, hear that one before? They sent a size of a rash gauard that my skinny daughter couldn't get over her head. We know they are tight fitting but Kyle in Customer service said that we are at fault and have to pay the return shipping.
I have tried twice. Yes TWICE to order from here. First time I thought it was a fluke that the stuff was lost in the mail. They could ship new stuff out, but surprise surprise all of a sudden they are out of stock of the swimsuit my daughter wanted. First tikw chalked it up to, a crazy coincidence. 2 years later try to order one again... and surprise surprise ir never comes and they are sold out of it AGAIN. Ridiculous. Especially because the website shows in stock...
I have unsubscribed many times. I have even complained to someone at their firm in sales and they said they fixed it and emails would stop in 48 hours. Didn't happen and am still getting emails every day
I should have read these reviews before I ordered. I placed an order according to their size chart. The items did not fit and I hade to return them. I used their prepaid label and followed return instructions. It has been close to a month and I have not received my refund. Called customer service and according to them they never received it. Offered me no help and was told when and if we receive it we will refund you.
The size stated on the site were wrong. The bathing suit I got was not the size stated in the sizing info. Taxes and shipping came to 25$. These are not refundable... yes swimoutlet does not return taxes paid when returning an item! Return cost 10 $. Total amount lost with a bathing suit purchase on this site after returning a 35 $ bathing suit: 35$. If I don't return it: total lost is: 60$. In either case very bad return/exchange policy. I do not recommend candian customers buy from this site. Total money lost with one purchase: 35$
I hate buying disposable swim diapers (so flimsy and what a waste!). That is why I was so glad to find that swimoutlet had iPlay diapers available for an awesome price! Loaded my cart with swim cute sun prtection and got free shipping too! Can't wait to get my order for Mermoral day!
I don't post reviews very often - only when I receive GREAT or APPALLING service. Swimoutlet, unfortunately, is the latter - appalling. Due to Swimoutlet's failure to protect these expensive arena goggles during shipping, they arrived damaged. I spent about an hour on four separate occasions (on the phone) with customer service trying to resolve this issue. They did not have a replacement item available; would not compensate me in any way if I accepted shipping of a color my son did not want; refused (three times) to allow me to speak to a manager; and asked me to take photos of the item, without informing me about what would happen if I went to the trouble of uploading a photo. I have since ordered the item elsewhere. I asked for a return shipping label which I have not received, and I expect they will not refund my money because the item is damaged. Our state attorney general will be the next place I go to lodge a complaint against this vendor.
I live in rural area and no stores within 200 miles stock this item. I don't have any choice but to order online. But it will never be with SwimOutlet again.
For all those considering ordering from this vendor, if there is a problem with your order, good luck to you.
I have ordered several bathing suits from swim outlet over the past several years as I swim 2 times per week at my local gym. I always order chlorine resistant suits and have been satisfied in the past. A suit typically lasts at minimum 8 months. The suit that I ordered several times was discontinued so I decided to try a Speedo Chlorine resistant ultra back one piece suit. Unfortunately this suit did not live up to my expectations and has faded and stretched out to the point where I need a new suit at 5 months of use 2 times per week. I contacted Swim Outlet and shared my dissatisfaction and was told that I had exceeded their guarantee period of 60 days and they could not grant my request for store credit to purchase a new suit. If a suit is sold as chlorine resistant surely it should last longer than 60 days so their guarantee period makes no sense. To make matters worse they offered me a 10% discount if I wanted to order a new suit. I'm sharing my experience so that others can make an informed purchase in terms of the sub par performance of this suit and the inadequate guarantee period that Swim Outlet offers as well as their poor customer service. I won't be ordering from them going forward.
My rash guard did not arrive! Hard to review a non existent product. I understand we are in pandemic with an incompetent corrupt postmaster but I wish tracking were possible.
The folks at Swimoutlet have always gone out of their way to help me with my merchandise needs. They offer sales, delivery dates are met, and they honor their commitments.
Qualified for 1-2 shipping on a suit that was needed. Needless to say didn't make it when they claimed it would be here. Lot of other placed to do business. Way to go Swim Outlet!
I have been waiting on my return to be processed. No way to contact them...Stay away from the company
First, I ordered a swimsuit. Upon opening discovered a 6 inch rip at the seams on side. They offered 10% discount only. I kept it, mended it, because I liked the style and there were no more of the same swimsuit for exchange. Ok but here's what really bothered me. I made a return of items worth $50 and were unused. They deducted about $5 from refund. They received the return in November 2019. Unfortunately for me, I just changed banks. So they had to refund me via refund check instead of credit card. Two months later they said they sent the refund check. I never got it. I emailed them. They said they only send checks at the beginning and end of the month. They said they would try again. Never got it. I called them. They said they don't have contact with the billing department (what the heck?) so they will send a memo, and will get in touch later. Several weeks pass, no check, no follow up. I call about 3 times now. Each time they're unable to help me, unable to confirm a refund check or anything because apparently they're not able to contact the billing department/corporate. I'm sorry but, that is a dumb thing to tell a customer. It just makes your business sound shady. This is your problem. I mean, what are you telling me this for? Now, strategy 2 - communicate with the same customer service representative each time. Before I'd talked to many people. And this person tells me the same story. Sent memo to Billings. Said she will call back, never did. So it's been 6 months and still haven't gotten my refund check or anything. Never trust this store or buy from them again. They don't take responsibility.
The merch is WAY too small. I filtered the list by my size and checked the size chart on the first couple of suits to make sure they would fit. After that, I quit checking because I kept getting the same size chart. I shouldn't have, All the ones I ended up liking a lot and buying worked on a SECOND size chart that immediately on reading I knew wouldn't fit. But I was deceived and had to return them. It's not SwimOutlet's fault; I didn't follow through but I just wanted to let others know to check the size chart on each suit you wind up wanting.
This site is really nice, they have great products and things ship fast. Returns are not the best, but they do go through and they will print you out a label.
The website, the accounts or whatever saved and stole my child's debit card information 3 months after purchase. Because it's a savings account card, I never checked it and for 9 months after purchasing my child's swim cap, they cleaned out the account. NO compensation, NO apologies just a letter months later stating their systems were compromised. Why do they keep your information months after purchase?
BURNED AND HATE THE ENTIRE COMPANY TO THIS DAY!
I ordered on Sept 24. They say they ship right away, but my item was shipped on Sept 30. It was delivered today, October 11. To me, 17 days is too long to wait.
Answer: Now many outlets very expensive because live expensive and all price go up
Answer: It sucks. They don't give you a full refund. They deducted $12.00 from my $60.00 shorts. And then they had the odacity to charge me for the return shipping fees! Never again.
