I have ordered from Swimoutlet for years and relied on product reviews by other customers on their site to help make informed decisions about what products to buy taking into account other people's experience with the product. That's what customer reviews are for right? I bought 3 jammer suits that got fairly good reviews on their site and that was a top seller for SO. I got the suits and they started to fall apart after about 12 work outs. I wrote a scathing review on their site and they refused to post it. They only care about making a buck and customer satisfaction comes last. After years of being a loyal customer I will never buy anything from SO again.
SwimOutlet has always had the best prices and deals on swim gear and their shipping is quick. I never purchase swim gear from anywhere but her. Plus, their customer service is incredible. The few times I have had issues, they were quick to respond and immediately offered an acceptable solution. I even had someone email me back at 10:45 pm! They are very fair with how they do business. I had a suit that deteriorated in less than a month and I contacted them and sent pictures of the suit. Obviously, they don't make the swimwear, so the quality was not their fault, but they said they would contact the vendor to alert them of the issue. Obviously since I've been wearing it a month, they could not issue a refund, however they kindly gave me 10% off my next order with complimentary shipping. All-in-all, they did a terrific job of keeping my trust and loyalty.
I purchased a pair of Northside Mens Burke 3.0 water shoes on April 1,2023. On June 5,2023 the back strap holder broke, leaving the shoes not wearable. I contacted Swim outlet to see what they could to remedy the isssue. The response was they could give me a10% discount on a new product.
Now I only wore the shoes 5 or 6 times over the course of two months. I surely would have expected them to last longer than two months. They basically look new except the back part that broke.
If you're in a rush this is definitely not the place to order from. Placed my order on the 17th my delivery date has changed not once but twice. FedEx "sure post" is a joke. Not even during peak season for shipping have I ever waited this long and I have no idea when my package will actually be delivered and at this point I just want my money back and to shop somewhere else.
I have been a loyal customer of Swim Outlet for years. Best prices, selection and the customer service is outstanding. They never question a return or a defect and act promptly to sort out the problem. The only recommendation would be when the send Fedex to request a delivery signature so tracking is easier. Don't bother shopping elsewhere they are the best! Well done Swim Outlet you are our go to supplier for all things aquatic!
I ordered a suit that was way too small despite my normal size 6 and I printed off their return label and sent it back using USPS. 6 weeks later they deny receiving it. Unfortunately I lost the tracking receipt which I've been told if I can give them tracking number they will gladly refund. Super shady. I know I put my return address on it and I checked it was sent to the correct address. Overall bad business. Beware.
Whatever you do, do not buy anything from this company! I bought a men's swim shirt recently and now my computer is inundated with lewd, suggestive womens's wear ads from 3 different companies! I returned the shirt and am working on removing their access to my computer.
I wanted to price match a pair of goggles and Joanna was very rude about it and her supervisor Mary was not very professional at all. I am done shopping here the last couple of orders where night mares.
They texted 3/8/2022 to say package here on 3/10/2022. On 3/12/2022 they text to say possible delivery 3/15/2022. Over promise and under deliver. I dislike them and haven't even tried the product yet.! Customer service had nothing to say but, "sorry".
Shipping is a joke, paid extra for 2 day shipping!
Should have been here Friday, well today is Saturday, no delivery! Guess Monday.
Customer service is nothing more than artificial intelligence.
If you call their recording tell you, leave name and number they will call you back, nope no call back.
But they do have cheap prices.
Wrong sizes, wrong colors and ABSOLUTELY no way to contact the company. No response from live chat, phone calls, text or emails. Customer service is way under par. I wouldn't recommend you spend a penny here.
I will never ever buy anything from this company again. They sent a damaged goal for the pool and say I can't return it. So unethical. Don't shop from them. Not to mention poor customer service. They lie and say they will call me
Back and need to get more details.
I ordered a swimming suit from SwimOutlet.com which stared to fade the first time I wore it for water aerobics. After the 6th one hour class, I examined it when dry and noticed the straps above water were the original color, with the suit that was in the water was very faded. I wanted a credit for another suit, but was told that I had already used, no deal. There was no warning that the suit should not be used in a pool and I cannot recall over my 70 years ever having a suit that faded so badly with short use.
Ordered three pairs of shoes month ago. Never received despite tracking info which is useless. They keep complaining about their delivery service. Not my problem. Keep on blaming corona virus. VERY hard to reach by phone, bordering on impossible. Hmmmm. I wonder why? Because you people are THIEVES.
I think the YMCA or my local pool must have sold them my email address, because I never order swimming products online (why would I? I'd never know if they fit), but I am a frequent swimmer. First red flag was that there's no way to unsubscribe from their emails. Second red flag is all these bad reviews. Yikes. Looks like I'll be deleting this email address and getting a new one... AGAIN.
Ordered a wetsuit at a great price point. Upon arrival the suit was torn at the seams and taped together with package tape (see attached photo... yes that is a BRAND NEW wetsuit, showed no signs of being worn). I requested an exchange, and the wetsuit I ordered was unavailable in the size and color of my original purchase. The exact same model and size wetsuit I ordered was available at a pricepoint of $150 more than my purchase, only difference being the color. I requested this product as an exchange and was told I would have to pay half the difference... mind you the price I paid was $280, so we are talking an almost 25% price increase. I obviously refused and was forced to process a return. I can understand defective products occur, and stocking can be limited... but to refuse to exchange my product and honor the price over the color is outrageous...
While they do have a great selection of products and I have purchased many items from SwimOutlet in the past, I have found their customer service to be really really bad lately. The person (Queency) who communicated with me via chat today was borderline rude telling me that the delivery date was clearly indicated when I checked out and that it was pretty much my fault for missing it. This is incorrect. The shipping was clearly listed as being 2-6 Business days. I am still waiting for my products. I also find amusing that the "Rate your experience" button does not allow you to indeed leave a comment on your experience. Quite telling...
Though Swimoutlet has products that I like, it is ridiculous in this day and age how long it takes for things to be delivered. I had a swim parka shipped and it took 12 days. When I queried about it their response was, well, it is only 8 business days! Seriously? I gave them one more shot and ordered some deck shoes. They were supposedly shipped on 12/30. Well it's the 8th of January and nothing. I will never do business with them again unless they change their shipping standards, or lack thereof.
This site has been hacked and my family and friends have $1000s of dollars in loss. Swim outlet offered ZERO but a "we fixed it"! What garbage! I guess outlet refers to the money they allocate to the IT. Don't buy here.
They promise 1-2 day air which is an absolute lie. They said my item would ship the same day (ordered at 6am), also a lie. Then, when my item is too late for the meet they offer me 10% off. I don't want a discount, I want the suit I ordered delivered in the timeframe that you promised. What a joke. Horrible horrible service. Don't use them if you need an item in a timely manner. They promise nothing.
Answer: Now many outlets very expensive because live expensive and all price go up
Answer: It sucks. They don't give you a full refund. They deducted $12.00 from my $60.00 shorts. And then they had the odacity to charge me for the return shipping fees! Never again.
