Ordered jersey online. Card charged that day. Delivery promised in 11-16 days. A month later, nothing. Emailed a question as to status as tracking link did not work. No response. Disputed charge on credit card. Six weeks later, nothing. I'm done with them.
According to the most recent 10-K, the impairment charge is now just under $100 million, which seems to be a significant increase. Wow.
TJX purchased Sierra Trading Post for $200 million in 2012, according to reports. Now it takes a $68 million impairment charge? That means it's reduced the value of STP by a third! Does no one at TJX realize how badly they have run this once-excellent company into the ground?!?

The Companys earnings per share in the fourth quarter and full year Fiscal 2018 includes a $. 10 impairment charge. This charge is related to goodwill as the estimated fair value of Sierra Trading Post (STP) fell below the carrying value due to a decrease in projected revenue growth rates. This charge is included in the Marmaxx segment. As TJX continues transitioning this business to an off-price model, the Company saw improvement in the top line in the second half of Fiscal 2018. The Company remains confident in the potential of STP and believes it is well positioned for successful growth going forward."
In my opinion, Rapha sells some of the best cycling apparel out there. I have made several orders in the past few months. The order is always immediately acknowledged and within 24 hours a notification that the item has been shipped. I have always ordered more than $75, so I qualified for free shipping. The shipping was always within two days by FedEx. The website is sometimes a little clumsy to negotiate, i. E., not always showing in the right currency and not always filtering selections for sizes correctly, but overall, this is one of my favorite places to shop. The quality of the apparel is outstanding.
Have ordered several items from here, most recently a wetsuit. All items arrived promptly. The price was fine. Once I returned a set of swim flippers and that went painlessly. This is a good place to shop.
