“Worst Support”

I purchased a fishing rod on 8/29/23 for $199. My order did not ship until 9/7/23 and the price dropped to $149 on the eve of 9/6, the day before my order shipped. Most companies would simply apologize for inconvenience and provide a $50 credit to your method of payment. Not these clowns. Complete a RMA and reorder at lower of two prices. Usually when companies take this approach and waste your time & money in an attempt to save $50, Shady Operation and good luck sorting out any kind of RMA credit.
Greed and Ignorance prevails.

Tip for consumers:
Who doesn't want to procure items over the Internet at the lowest price possible?? Turns out places like this have terrible customer support and will make their customers jump through hoops to return something and get your money back.
