I loved my dress it was all i ever asked for, for my first prom i had so many compliments the dress was absolutely beautiful its just the scraps that i wanted tightened up just a lil

I had placed an order on the 14th of May and i revived an email stating that I'd receive my dress within 2-5 business days, I was super excited because my prom is May 6th and 2-5 days would be perfect. Two days later on the 16th of April i got an email saying that my dress ship out date would be May 5th a day before my prom. So i asked for a refund since my dress wouldn't arrive on time, and i got a reply stating that i shouldn't worry because my dress would be here before may 5th. It is now April 27th and i contacted the company again asking about the status of my dress and i was told that it would be shipped off may 5th once again. I am sooo furious right now, i went to Instagram and saw that this company is not legit. It is a scam!
I had received my dress a little later then I expected but I did receive it before my prom. The quality wasn't bad but I had to choose a dress that was 2 sizes bigger than what I usually am.
They get you to order from Jollybelle but they are the same company as above. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT ORDER a shoe string from this company. They are liars and do not want to correct their mistakes. Please do a review so they can go away. They are in China scamming Americans with this mess they are producing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give them zero stars they do not deserve any stars at all!

I ordered a dress in August of 2016 for an event that was happening in Oct, its now Jan 2017 and havnt received the dress. I have contacted the customer service which you can only do through email, they told me it wasnt their responsibility they had made attempts to deliver my dress but some reason they couldnt get it to me therefore they are not accountable and won't refund my money. SOOO I didnt get any dress and paid 175USD. I knew it but I just wanted to give it a try but you DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
I ordered my daughters dress on March 16th, your site said it would ship out on April 9th, my daughters has requested a tracking number since the 5th day that the order was placed. YOUR COMPANY LIED AND SAID YOU WOULD SHIP ON APRIL 9TH. IT IS NOW APRIL 18TH AND WE STILL DO NOT HAVE TRACKING NUMBER. REFUND JAMARI MCKINNEY HER MONEY SO THAT WE CAN FIND HER A DRESS FOR HER PROM THAT IS ON APRIL 21.
These people haven't sent my dress and my event next week. Never ordering from this site again. If your looking to buy a dress go anywhere but here.

The mesurements that was giving was spot on, the dess was what I ask for color, stitching was great. The customer service was inpectable. GReat look to business again.
