I just spoke with Elijah at DHL and the attempted to contact you on May 15th to return the package and you have not responded to having the package returned.
I don't know what kind of Game you are playing but i want the money for my dress refunded you lied as to the delivery time and i paid 40 dollars extra and still did not receive my dress.
Contact DHL accept the return of the dress and refund me my money.
