AVOID this website at all costs! They steal photos of dresses off the Internet and advertise them as their own but they're just horrendous knock offs. They avoided giving me a refund at all costs despite photos and lists of faults. They sent me a second hideous dress so now I am stuck with two unwearable and unresellable dresses! Horror story.
Do not buy from them, they are thieves and deceivers. They steal other people's pictures and put them on their site. For a girl of 5 years they sent a dress for 15 years and do not answer my questions.
My dress did not look exactly like the picture but it was similar to it. The color was perfect and the fabric was perfect. It took about two weeks for my dress arrived. They also gave me a tracking number to see where my dress was at. Yet I was scared of how my dress was gone come back looking after looking at the others reviews. My dress came back perfect. I LOVE IT!
Everything was 5 stars.
My questions answerd ad I was worried that the dress wouldn't make it for my party, fast shipping and product is very good quality the finishes and the color as described and seen on website.

This is a fraudulent website and they are POOR at communicating. I ordered my dress hoping that it would come correct dispite the reviews. It came HORRIBLE. I am African American and to the people like me I know that we want something cute that will really So out. Dont order form here because you will be highly disappointed
At first I thought that the dress will look different or even won't arrive. Then i called Suzhoudress and i told them about my fears, they were really nice and told me that they will send me pictures of my dress in a few days and i really received them. After 15 days i received the dress and i was very happy because it looked exactly like the photo. It fits perfectly. You have to look at the decription about the size. Thank you very much Suzhoudress for this wonderful dress, i am soo happy.
I ordered the dress on March 28 hoping that it would come before April 20. I was really nervous bc I was ordering overseas. They were really good at communication and guarenteed that my dress would be here before then. My dress came yesterday on April 8! I was really happy it came really early. I ordered a two piece prom dress and the top fit me perfect but I can see why some people complain about it being too small. The skirt was a bit loose and the gap between the two pieces were too big even though I asked to have a tiny gap. Other than that the dress was really nice just have to get a little altering!
This is a wonderful website to get your prom dress. I love my dress and it fits perfectly and there communication is good but ofcourse around prom time its gets busy but just have a little patience with them but overall its good service
I ordered a dress and the one they FINALLY mailed was different than the one I actually ordered. Emailed them and they said "dear that is the same dress". No it wasn't. I even sent pictures to show the different. No refund for dress and no refund for the $40 rush charge I paid for getting the dress on time. Which it didn't come when I needed it. This company is horrible and you can't even talk to a person. They have no number. What company has no number for customers to talk to. Wish I had read all the horrible reviews before I purchase. Never again will I do business with this scam of a company.
The quality is nice for the price. You want to make sure you steam the dress prior to the event. I also cut out the pice of fabric between the chest because it looked awkward, but tolerable. Overall, I'm happy for the dress and the price! Perfect.
I am trying to get a refund on a dress that I just odered yesterday. I cannot get in the site today and no one has responded to the message that was sent from the site yesterday. I called the contact number and they can't be reached. Please help any info will be helpful
Ordered a dress for my niece's quincenera. I made sure to order it on time and I was unsure of size to order. We ended up ordering a size up and it fit her perfectly. She loves the dress.

I ordered a prom dress for my sister and it was too tight she she got it. So I asked them to give me a refund so I can buy her another dress from a prom store near me and they ignored my emails. Smh my sister's prom is tomorrow April 20th and still no refund! I will never order from them again. $201 down the drain. SMH.
Yesterday I put up the review that I was happy with my dress. I didn't try it on or open it because I received it so late that I was just happy I got it. I tried in on today for an event tonight and it was way to small. It is not the ize I ordered it is 2 sizes small. I am pissed off

I loved the dress, it fit perfect, came a day before it was supposed to, and was really great. I didnt think it was going to be as pretty as it was or fit that welll as it did. Glad I ordered from here
