I ordered my daughter a dress, checked on my order, days later, still no info! NOTHING! I called the number, that is not real, it has been a "busy" signal for weeks now! There is no live chat, I emailed to cancel my order, and DAYS later I get a response, less than 5 word response. I emailed again, and DAYS later another less that 5 word response. They would NOT cancel my order, even though I cancelled it the next day. And the dress looks like cheap CRAP!

I purchased a dress for my daughter. It was for the Prom. The dress came the following week after the prom and it wasn't navy blue like we ordered it was a royal blue. It had lace and pearls on it instead of a gold zipper like the picture stated. They offered me $10usd... for their mess up! If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not order from these people... if they send you opposite of what was on the Website they remove the picture and try to convince you that it was exactly what you ordered. Frauds!

My daughter measured herself prior to ordering her prom dress. We ordered the correct size but the dress was delivered. It was 5 inches smaller around the bust than the one we ordered. I contacted them, sent photos. They advised me to return. I paid for tracking so I can see the dress has been received. But they have not issued a refund. I have waited 3 months. They do not reply to my messages. Its daylight robbery. These people are crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a dress for my sons wedding and when it came it was tiny and would not zip up(I am only a regular size 12). I have e mailed them the very next day to get details how to return the dress but they have ignored me and it looks like I am stuck with a £100.00 dress that wont fit me. Terrible treatment of a customer will never shop with them again.

Let me do you the pleasure of saving yourself from the worst dress website EVER! These people are fraudsters and literally false advertise their products. I ordered a dress from them for prom and the dress came out like 1000 times smaller even though I Literally measured myself and gave them accurate measurements. Not to mention the fact that I paid £200, which included first class shipping, which was 2 months before my prom and the dress arrived literally 4 days before my actual prom- *disaster*! Here comes the worst part; after spending sooooo many days attempting to retrieve a refund as it is just and fair, these people refuse to refund me! I told them how they really didn't altar my dress according to my measurements and... out of no where, they stopped replying to my emails! I've already contacted my bank and I'm taking matters into my own hands!
Bottom line is, please don't buy from this website! Unless you want to end up like me!

I ordered a light pink dress almost 500 us. Came looking nothing like the picture really horrible and the worst thing it says in their return policy if you don't like the dress you can return it and they will give your money back. I have been emailing them almost every day after receiving the dress. At first they replied and wanted a photo of the dress after I gave them a photo they never replied again. They all liars. Service very bad after you receive the dress. In trusted website and it's from China.

I ordered my grad dress on September 1st, 2016 and every since then I have been having so many problems. They send me a dress that does not fit me at all. It is too short, the crinoline is too long. The corset is too big for my bust size. I sent custom measurements which I paid for and they didn't follow them at all! Then I ask for a partial refund- not even a full one!- and they have been pushing my emails off every since. I would never recommend shopping on this website to any girl. They are horrible and rude and liars. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They will never get me to order from them again. Nothing but problems and rude people.

I found SuzhouDress, desperately looking for bridesmaids dresses as the bride, me - Matron of Honor and the Bridesmaids didn't like anything on the market. We loved two of the dresses on the site so I ordered them. They just arrived last night and are GORGEOUS! Very well-made with beautiful lining and perfect detail! I paid attention to the sizing chart and the dresses both fit like a GLOVE! The bride-to-be is a stylist on a show right now and it working with a fashion host - she showed him the picture and he was obsessed with the detail and workmanship! Amazing dresses! Also, amazing service as I emailed them with questions throughout the process. They responded to me within a day and were very nice and informative! LOVE SuZhouDress! Thank you!

I ordered a size 4 wedding party dress and it looks like size 8, the cutting and quality is very bad and dose not fit me at all. This is the worse dress I have ever bought. And it took you guys so long to ship to me that I have to buy another dress for my friend's wedding.

I contacted the customer service, it was not helpful at all and would not allow me to return or exchange the dress that I have never wear out. This is a HORRIBLE experience.
