Well, this is my first time owning a pet of my own. I've been saying I was going to get myself a pet, something told me to go back and get the dog 3X's. So, when I saw him, he jumped up on me. This is my second year with support pets esa. I couldn't find the current years paperwork and I emailed them anc and they sent my paperwork within one day. Also I realized the ID tag I wear around my neck when taking her into places (I never have any problems with that tag) it was expired and I forgot to order one for this year. They helped me and I ordered that the same day. So I'm very happy!

It was a bit of a pain to renew my ESA through the email the company sent. I signed up for automatic renewal and I had to start the process all over hoping I wouldn't get double charged. Hopefully the automatic renewal works next year.
