8/16 I paid the $99 and 8/23 I submitted a service request to "resend documents". I figured I had missed it somehow. Nothing in junk. 8/24 I received a survey "please rate customer service provided". They are asking to survey the service when I still havent been helped! Submitted a survey that I wasnt helped. Today, 8/28, I called and spoke to a real person and they "dont know why my document hasnt been created yet. Everything is complete on my end". They advertise "documents in as little as 24-48 hours".Also they brag of customer support, when I didnt receive any until I called. When I asked for a discount, they "cant control how fast the doctor's give approval". Odd. Let's see if I get the document!

Second pants is bichon mix and his name is JJ. I registered both my schnauzer who is shadow and JJ for the last three years.ordered medium That's for JJ and was sent a small can it be replaced?

I received all my documents, however the large vest I ordered for my large dog is way too small. Not sure how this fits any large dog. Everything else as far as service I've been satisfied with and would recommend. Thanks!
