I received my ESA documents within 48 hours as advertised. I submitted my request on the evening of July 3rd and knowing it was during the 4th of July holiday I expected to receive a response later than the 24-48 hours advertised. I had a response and my documents within 48 hours even with it being a holiday weekend! Grateful to have my ESA approval and documentation for my Liberty. She has been a great asset to me and my mental health!

I was very satisfied with all documentation and items received for my two dogs to be certified ESA animals until I realized that only ONE vest was mailed and my second animal did not receive a vest. After contacting representatives, I was informed that the package I paid for when adding on a second dog, did NOT INCLUDE A VEST FOR SECOND DOG AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY MORE MONEY TO ORDER AND OBTAIN ANOTHER VEST. There was no written explanation of this in any of the advertised package on the site when I added a second dog. It would have been extremely helpful as well as important to state this in writing beforehand.
Just as advertised! Excellent service.only downside is that there is an expiration date and I have been questioned a couple times on why that is. Certanly because I'd have to pay for a renewal, but for places that require proof of ESA for my pet it does not make sense on why there would be an expiration on it.

I never knew how easy it could be to have my Sadie and Carlie registered as support pets. Since I have gone through the process, I've taken them everywhere with me. It makes all of us very happy to be together all the time. It has truly helped with Sadie's seperation anxiety as well. Thank you Support Pets for this awesome opportunity. It is life changing.
